magical hotel
I went for tea at the Crillon bar, the place is magical, the atmosphere unique, the location in front of the Place de la Concorde, everything is exceptional. The staff are very courteous and pleasant, and the hotel has recently been completely refurbished.

Experience matters with the right people
The word legendary does not do any justice to what the hotel has been able to do for us in the last three days. The opulent architecture pleasantly juxtaposed the kind and warm welcome to the hotel, a place you might call home on a rainy day in Paris. The food and service overall met every expectation and beyond. Most importantly, the staff who smiled and paid attention to every corner of the room and beyond was superb. Opening the window to the courtyard, listening to a pleasant chatter down at the restaurants in the morning, feeling the air, that is not something you forget. I cannot imagine staying at any other hotel and feel home to what can only be described as the experience of our lifetime. Thank you for creating a wonderful memory for our special day. Special thanks to Valentin at Nonos who showed us one of the most magnificent culinary experiences to this day and that food does not need be grand in order to have the top rated experience. Another heart-felt thanks to Arthur at the boutique who was a pure joy and a fantastic person. He filled the short interaction with such a delight and provided wonderful tips for our day. One last, I am gutted that I have not asked his name. But the belle/valet who was in Jet Li's movie, I thank you for a wonderful last minutes of the stay. It was a true pleasure meeting all aforementioned and those who I did not get the name. All were so welcoming and so willing to share. I hope for everyone who considers staying here know that this will be more than just a sleep. It will be everything you did not know you needed.

As someone with a deep appreciation for the little things, this hotel had me grinning from ear to ear. The handwritten welcome note, the perfectly fluffed pillows, the locally sourced toiletries - every detail sang of bruh. this place is NEXT LEVEL. deadass, i've never experienced anything like it. the crew here? straight up GOATS. everything's clean af and bougie, but like, in a good way. ngl, i'm shook. if you're not staying here, wyd?thoughtfulness. The staff remembered my name and my coffee preference from day one. It wasn't just a stay; it was a masterclass in the art of hospitality.

It was not easy to get the table we requested on arrival but the Hostess did eventually make it happen. But, I recommend calling in advance for the table adjacent to the courtyard view. The dessert options were superb, with tea and delicious!

Ok but not good enough
The Crillon is a beautiful hotel, both in the public areas and the exterior, but the service just isn't as good as it should be. We got much more attentive service at other similar hotels in the city. Food was fine and the summer terrace is pleasant.
