We recently stayed at the hotel in a family connecting room and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, within walking distance to several major attractions such as the Louvre, which made sightseeing very convenient. However, because it is such a prime and busy area, traffic is often very jammed, and it can be difficult to get a taxi directly to the hotel entrance. Our connecting family rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we especially appreciated the breakfast team — even the pastry chef came out to introduce the day’s pastries, which was a lovely personal touch. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved to match the hotel’s otherwise high standards. When arriving and departing, we found the bellman service less proactive than expected. As the hotel entrance is located in a high-traffic area, it would be very helpful for the bell staff to be more attentive and ready to assist with luggage immediately, especially for families who also need to keep an eye on their children’s safety. Regarding breakfast, while the quality was good, we hope to see more variety in the buffet selection — for example, made-to-order eggs and a wider range of fresh juices. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and appreciate the hospitality. With small improvements in arrival assistance and breakfast variety, the experience could be even better.

Perfect location for shopping and museums - heart of Paris. Pleasant atmosphere and staff, breakfast excellent, room not enormous but good by Paris standards and while simple, had everything necessary. Very clean. In my opinion the rate (which was a corporate rate). provided excellent value.

We stayed in interconnected rooms which worked out well. Bed was very comfy, had a lovely view overlooking Louvre, well insulated from street noise, squeaky clean! Delicious breakfasts. Great for walking and going to Louvre, walked to Notre Dame, Opera House and Latin Quarter no problem. Downside is traffic is TERRIBLE from here. Very convenient, staff very pleasant and helpful!
