Large rooms, cured in all details, a flavour of classic old Paris in a modern and running world. Breakfast is good, all facilities in the room work properly, very friendly personnell; it is an old fashion hotel, nothing to do with modernity and technology, it has a unique flavour.

I booked this room for one night after making a mistake with my travel dates to Paris and realizing I was short a hotel for my first night. This hotel was very pricy- over 450 Euros for one night for one of the simpler rooms- but I figured hey, it’s just one night and why not. Check in was fast and easy, our room was ready right away. I thought the room would be bigger, but nonetheless it was nice and I loved the windows on either side. Unfortunately we were so tired from our overnight flight and the time change that we slept most of our stay. We were not able to see the rooftop or the dining area. The lobby of the hotel was very nice and clean, and I loved the clear glass elevator. The best part was that the Arc de Triumph was right down the block. When we finally woke up it was closed, but we were still able to walk around it which was nice. The Eiffel Tower and YSL museum are also within walking distance. I would say this is in a prime location for many activities and the staff is friendly and courteous.

Very attentive and friendly staff; fairly large room; excellent bed; excellent breakfast. Roof terrace is lovely, though didn't get to use in cool Sept. But this old lady needs some refurbishment. E.g., 1 chair had springs that were completely gone; couldn't sit in it. Two lights out on ceiling fixture. Biggest lack overall -- no real salon! Just a few chairs and couches facing the corridor on the rez-de-chaussee floor. I doubt that can be remedied without major reconstruction. Not quite enough value for lot of $$$.

The service, food is impecable, the rooms are a little out dated but general is great, the staff goes out of there way to please us, but the rooms need Al little TLC and get them to 2000. I definitely think the location is amazing, the breakfast is splendid and delicious,

Our stay was lovely at the Hotel Raphael in Paris. The suite was huge! We felt as if we were staying in a glorious French apartment within steps of the Arc de Triomphe. The quiet location was wonderful, restaurant exceptional with breakfast daily just perfect. The hotel staff was faultless, and the concierge very accommodating - making reservations for us at many of the wonderful Parisian landmark restaurants. We felt truly welcomed.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Raphael in Paris, the service was superb. I had requested a room with a view, but to draw the curtains in our room to find a balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower was beyond anything we had hoped for! It felt more like a bedroom in a great 19th century mansion than a hotel room. The concierge was very helpful, giving directions, ordering taxis, and securing reservations at 'fully-booked' restaurants. An unforgettable experience!

After staying in Paris at the Hotel Raphael, I will never be able to live a normal life again. The hotel was first class in every way. The lobby was beautiful, the rooms were outstanding, the concierge service was top-notch, and the staff friendly, courteous and always accommodating. I don't know where to begin, but everything about the stay makes me want to go back. What a wonderful way to visit Paris!

We recently enjoyed a fabulous six-day stay at the Hotel Raphael in Paris. Everything was perfect - the friendly and professional service, the beautiful suite and the lavish buffet breakfast. Included in our package was a dinner on the hotel rooftop which overlooks the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with a nice bottle of wine and were welcomed by the sun the next morning!

Words cannot explain the atmosphere and beauty of this exceptional hotel. From the elegant furniture and decor; the sumptuous buffet petit dejeuner; dinner on the rooftop terrace with the Eiffel Tower shimmering in the dusk; the kind, friendly and professional staff; the outstanding maid service; the helpful and accommodating concierge; the hotel's location on Rue de Kleber one block from the Arc de Triomphe with a Metro entrance right outside the door; to the charming cafe across the street with free Wifi - all awesome and a dream come
true! This hotel will make your Paris experience one to remember.

We stayed at Hotel Raphael for our honeymoon and will be going there for anniversary. The concierge staff is exceptional. We corresponded several times via email prior to our arrival, and when we arrived there was a binder that featured a tab with our name—inside was every piece of correspondence and the concierge knew our requests by heart. Whenever we had a request that they didn't know off-hand, an envelope would be discreetly slipped under our door less than 10 minutes later with a list of wonderful options. Raphael's housekeeping staff was also amazing. We had a 3-ft high fantastically fragrant flower arrangement in our Jr Suite on arrival. When coming to refresh the flowers 3 days later, the staff was astute enough to see that the flowers were still in excellent condition so they ADDED another arrangement to our salon instead of taking one away. Every time we entered our suite, it was like entering a beautiful flower garden in spring time. As I said, we are going back and can't wait – the staff feels like family.

The Hotel Raphael is, without a doubt, the most fabulous hotel in Paris. We recently enjoyed a 4-day stay at this hotel for our anniversary, and everything exceeded any and every expectation we had. The staff is the most friendly and polite I have ever dealt with. Their concierge is what every other hotel strives to be. The front desk & restaurant staff are exceptionally friendly, and even the maids greet you in the halls.
Upon arrival we were upgraded to one of their finest suites, the kind of room you can only dream of staying in. The view of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe from our balcony made it tempting to spend our entire vacation lounging in the room. We enjoyed tea in the morning sun, and champagne in the evenings. All of this with breathtaking views of the Eiffel and Arc.
I will forever stay at the Hotel Raphael in Paris and will recommend this hotel to everyone who wishes to have a fantastic stay in the City of Light.
