Impeccable hotel and the staff was outstanding! Every interaction we had was lovely! They were so kind and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable! We stayed in a terrace suite overlooking the Eiffel Tower…. Breathtaking!

Excellent service and a wonderful facility. Highly recommend. Jerome Joubert and his associates at the front desk provided valuable advice, make great dining reservations and even called us as we left to say we had left something in the room. They all went above and beyond to be helpful.

First Class Experience
This was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, Laetitia, Jerome, and their team were so kind and welcoming. Not only were we able to check in early after a long international flight, but we also received a room upgrade. Twice throughout the stay, we received notes wishing me a happy birthday and a pleasant stay. They even gifted us a bottle of champagne the second night. First class experience! I only wish we were able to spend more time at this hotel. Breakfast was included! And it was a full hot breakfast, where you could select whatever you liked. Seeing the cost on the menu for someone not staying there, this was a tremendous value. I'm so sad this is no longer part of the Hyatt hotel program, but given the opportunity to come back, we would save up and stay here for sure! It is located on a quiet street, but near enough to the metro and the Champs-Élysées that it was very convenient and walkable. Merci beaucoup!

What an amazing hotel from the hospitality of the staff, the quality of the rooms, the amazing dining experience within the restaurants of the hotel make your stay and unforgettable one also the multiple activities that the hotel offered you make your stay completely unforgettable. Do not miss the massages at the spa and the horse riding on the gardens of Versailles..

Dont order room service
They could have been much nicer for a special occasion request or at least an upgrade would have been nice. Very tight room with no view. The room service was awful we had to return what we ordered. Again, very small and tight rooms.The location is perfect though.
