Great location, great staff. We really were delighted with the hotel . It’s very French so if you’re used to American motels you will find the shower to be funny. But if you’re looking for a place that’s really well located, is very comfortable and has a genuinely lovely staff I’d highly recommend this hotel. If you’re used to don’t know the 16 th arrondissement it’s full of lovely patisseries and stores and is v French but not stuffy or pretentious. We think it’s a great place to stay

Lovely location. Beautiful views of Eiffel Tower. We arrived late at night from London and the view of the lit of Eiffel Tower from the front door started our anniversary vacation beautifully. Only stayed two nights. Rooms quite small but as expected in Paris. We were not in room often. Used spa/pool/sauna once and was wonderful. Stefan at the front desk was specifically helpful and pleasant. Easy walking distance to tourist areas of Paris!

Traveled with family, including spouse, and two children, ages six and three. The hotel had a pool for the children to play and helped after exploring the city. Amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from the room. The hotel was clean. I felt the staff was very kind. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. It is catered more towards adults and couples, however, I felt the staff were very accommodating and welcoming to my family. Special thank you to the manager for noting my wife’s birthday, also to Stephan who was kind, welcoming and informative at check in and Remon at the bar. My wife and I did agree that we would return to this hotel.

This hotel was one of the most controversial 5 stars I've stayed at in Paris. First let me congratulate the team up front. They make your stay comfortable. Great job. Now just like my fellow TA, the complaints are real. One, I had an upgraded king room which was very small even for Paris. So small my toilet had its own closet without sink. So u had to flush the toilet jump across bed and find the soap which was never on the soap dish. The only soap was in the super small shower. Which is ghetto because you are washing your hands and opening shoer door to pump the shower gel. I called and ask for hand soap. I received a face wash tube of something else. We did have a view of the Eiffel, but this room was not 5 star especially when prices were $600-800 a night. Unreal. Marriott is greedy. Hotel Report Card. Location: 9/10 Decor: 2/10 Clean: 7/10 Quietness: 6/10 Bed Comfort: 8/10 Food: didn't participate. There is a mall 10 feet away on side, look for it. Value: 1/10 Besides nice staff, this is not 5 star. No toothbrush. They did have slippers. no small bottles or shaving.

We had a fabulous stay at Le Metropolitan this September. The hotel itself is quite special - chic and modern, yet tons of charm. The staff was wonderful from every angle. Marina, the GM, helped make our 25th anniversary so special. Her entire team was so kind and helpful. You can tell they take so much pride in the hotel as well as the city. The cherry on top is the amazing location that allows you a magnificent view of the Eiffel as soon as you walk out the front door. What a wonderful and memorable experience from beginning to end!!!
