Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome

Really disappointed by this hotel, which we had selected for the last night of our anniversary stay in Paris. The hotel is beautiful and well-located, but the service left much to be desired. In our room was a nonstop gurgling toilet (unfortunately Tripadvisor does not allow video or audio uploads, or I would share - it was unbearable). We raised the issue on at least 4 separate occasions to the front desk, starting around 4pm. By the time we got back to the room at 10:30pm after exploring the city, the toilet issue was still not fixed! Moreover, the front desk did not offer to move us - we had to affirmatively ask after maintenance came for the 4th time to attempt to fix the plumbing, and while they did move us eventually (to a much nicer room, admittedly), at this point it was midnight. For a hotel of this supposed caliber, it’s disgraceful to treat guests this way. Having to spend so much of our evening wrestling with this issue greatly marred our stay. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Best hotel in Paris with the best bartender (Salvatore). The staff are tremendous customer service champions and is one of our favorites places to stay in Paris! The restaurant has great service and food with many choices. Our room was beautiful.

My wife and I have been fortunate to stay in many 5 star hotels around the world and the Park Hyatt Paris is the best all around hotel we have ever stayed in! Every staff member from the doorman to housekeeping was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food could not have been better and the service was impeccable.

Just the loveliest hotel stay ever in Paris. Staff is everywhere and anticipates your every need. Breakfast is like a dream. Any minor issues we had were addresses that very same day. Very expensive but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve stayed at the Park Hyatt twice and it’s a lovely experience. You can expect a staff that is superbly trained, knowledgeable and happy to welcome you. Every time we return to the hotel at the end of the day we truly felt like we were coming back home. If you are looking for an incredible dining experience, I highly recommend Pur. It was an evening that we are still talking about! The service was exquisite and the food was stunning. If you are considering this hotel, I truly think you will be delighted.
