Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome

Such an amazing experience. The location of the hotel is excellent. Right next to the Vendome area and the L’Opera. Customer service was fantastic with attention to small details. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food/breakfast was excellent. Staff was so helpful and polite. I cannot wait to come back!! One of my best stays in Paris!

This was our second stay at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme, and it exceeded all expectations once again. My wife and I were celebrating my birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find an upgraded room waiting for us, along with a bottle of champagne, a beautifully handwritten note, and a surprise birthday cake complete with a candle. My wife and I don’t typically indulge in sweets, but the cake was so delicious that we couldn’t help but finish it! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration extra special. After our long transatlantic flight, they graciously allowed us to use the spa to shower and refresh before our room was ready. This thoughtful accommodation was greatly appreciated and set the tone for an incredible stay. Special thanks to Edouard and Ms. Zauner, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and luxurious, offering everything we could possibly need. The hotel’s central location is unbeatable, making it the perfect base for exploring Paris. On top of everything, they happily stored a vacuum-sealed pack of French butter we were taking home – a small but incredibly helpful gesture that showed their dedication to ensuring our stay was flawless. We can’t wait to return for our next visit. If you’re looking for a luxurious and personalized experience in Paris, the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme is absolutely the place to stay. Excellent hotel, the Park Hyatt always delivers. Great location, hotel is in wonderful condition and the amenities are first rate. Above all, it's the staff who always seem to go above and beyond at this brand. Whether it be specific needs or just wanting peace and quiet they get it right every time! Will be back.

As a Hyatt Globalist, I felt that I was being taken care of by all the staffs. At the entrance, staffs will start to take care of your all belongings and you will feel PH’s luxuriousness as soon as you get in. The staffs at the front desk are very kind and they did their best as much as they can to fulfill my expectation. The hotel condition was top-notch. The room condition was perfect and spacious for two of us. I also loved the lobby bar with cozy chairs and atmosphere.

Traveled from USA to Paris—company-sponsored event. We arrived in France at 0630. We arrived at the hotel at 0830. The hotel would not accommodate a room for us even though they knew travelers from all over the USA were coming in for a corporate event. We were told we could not get into the room until 1500. They didn't offer any solution. Many folks were left stranded and beyond tired. I am sure the hotel was not at total capacity. We were promised to be in our room by 1500. We didn't get into the room until 1530.
