Excellent location in the historical center of Paris. The building, the interior decoration and the courtyard garden were beautiful. Delicious breakfast and dinner were served elegantly with style. Highly professional staff with friendly and attenentive attitude.

We stay at the Pavillon every December. Located in the Marias with many historical sites and great restaurants a simple walk away. The hotel is small but has a large staff to meet all your needs. We have used the concierges to make all our restaurant reservations. We have our favorites, and they always have new suggestions. We usually stay in a suite which is large by Paris standards. We did have breakfast this year but don't always because we normally don't eat much in the morning. If you want a lighter fare there are several restaurants and pâtisseries within a few minutes. During the Xmas season the hotel has very attractive outdoor lighting which attracts a lot of attention in the Place des Voges neighborhood. The fireplace is always burning in the honor bar where you can sit and enjoy a drink or just sit in the warmth of the fire. It is always a pleasure to return each year and renew our relationship with this great hotel. See you next December!

Accueil chaleureux à la réception de l'hôtel situé Place des Vosges. We have stayed here multiple times and perennially enjoy the warm and relaxing vibe especially when snuggled up near the reception fireplace. Fab & friendly service from hotel staff and with easy walking right out the front door to the plaza garden & arcade, cafés, restaurants, shopping, sites and people watching.

I had previously visited this hotel for lunch etc. and had a positive impression. One evening, I decided to treat myself to a solo date and revisit the hotel, as I live just across the street. Unfortunately, the experience was far from being a good one! The waiters were shockingly (!) rude, to the point that it left me in disbelief. I was ignored multiple times— basically the entire time I was there. The only person who showed any care for the guests was an elderly doorman, who was genuinely kind and attentive towards everyone, which I really appreciated!!! When the receipt was slammed onto my table without asking for it, I decided to ask if the bar was still open or if I had made some kind of mistake by being there. Instead of a polite response, I was told that I “didn’t belong here” because I was an “outside customer”—despite having dined there several times before. Even after taking time to reflect and to organize my thoughts, I am still deeply shocked by the way I was treated. There are many bars, restaurants and hotels that prioritize excellent customer service. For me, this is not the way to run a business and I did not feel good going home!

Pavillon de la Reine is a wonderful hotel in an amazing location. The positive reviews are all correct. BUT there is construction going on right now - beginning of November. I found the noise so bad, I had to leave. They graciously apologized and gave me a future credit. But, if you are planning a trip soon, stay at the amazing Cours des Vosges a few steps away.
