Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel

This is an ungrateful hotel which refused to recognise Marriott members. Ms HEMIONA at front desk refused to recognise my membership despite providing viable alternatives for her to prove it. Instead of going out of the way to provide exceptional service to convenient her customer, she is going all the way to INCONVENIENCE her customer. It is only her way or the highway. Ms HENIONA was also nonchalant when told that her attitude and behaviour will be feedback to the corporate office. During the stay, none of the management reached out to resolve the issue. They paid lip service to the corporate office saying that multiple attempts had been made to contact me but could not reach me. No attempts had been made to reach out to me. This is a perfect example of a management who sits on a high mountain; paying lip service to corporate office while being totally indifferent to customer’s concern.

We visited on a family trip to Paris. From the moment you walk in, they tend to your needs. The room was spacious and very clean. Very quiet for sleeping. Good value! It’s very close to everything like metro lines and attractions. The breakfast was convenient, delicious, and there was a lot to choose from. Would recommend!

This will be my go to choice for Paris. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff goes above and beyond to help make you more comfortable. I noticed many guests were from the U.S. and the staff spoke English well. Major shout out to Lavanya who welcomed us to the bar and so many dinners. She’s amazing as is the other members of this hotel staff that stood out to us. Thank you Brice, Miles and Flavio. As an Ambassador level member of Marriott Hotels, I know that good employees should be recognized and respected. You all have made my stay that much better!

We would highly recommend this hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, special thanks to Clement and Shams, although all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a superior room which was comfortable, clean and large for Paris. The breakfast provided a wide array to suit different tastes and was more than adequate. We were given a free cocktail and because it was my birthday whilst we were there I was also surprised with a selection of small petits fours and a birthday card. These little touches were unexpected and very much appreciated. The hotel itself is located close to the Arc de Triomphe and easy walking distance to two Metro stations, Ternes and Charles de Gaulle - Etoile. We enjoyed our stay so much that we agreed we would stay at this hotel again on our next visit.

My wife and I just returned from an absolutely great six night stay there at the Renaissance Arc de Triomphe. Every part of our experience with the hotel was pleasant, from the moment they helped us with luggage from our taxi upon arrival to helping us with it when departing. The entire staff was so professional and personable and great attitudes(I travel a lot and it is just refreshing to see this). Everyone from Housekeeping to the Front Desk staff were excellent! I wish could remember everyone's name but thank you Flavio, Sham, Laviana for making us feel at home and adding to our memories of this trip. The hotel is in a great location close to the Arc de Triomphe but also to the Metro where you can get to anywhere in Paris. The Metro #2 is just a 3 minute walk to the left of the hotel and the #1 line is to the right about a 5 minute walk(basically right by the Arc). If you prefer to Taxi, there always seemed to be one readily available. Of course walking from the hotel is great as well to explore nearby areas. Our room faced La Defense, and I think most rooms have a small balcony. Lighting is great in the room and bathroom. The Breakfast buffet is really nice with many offerings including an omelet station. Again, many thanks to the staff for their excellence! We will definitely stay here again without hesitation!
