This review is a bit late but I have to say that the concierge service was one of the best I've ever exprienced. Jin, in particular, was incredibly helpful and professional. Thanks to him, we had an amazing local expeience from the musums to restaurants like Victor. We absolutely loved our stay. Plus, he truly ubderstands what guests are looking for and goes above and beyond to deliver. Jin's expertise extended beyond Paris- he also gave us fantastic recommendations for Bordeaux and Strasboutg where he lived, which were incredibly helpful. We will defenately come back to this property and encourage our family members to visit as well. + the staff mmembers were all so kind and attentive. Thank you.

As a Titanium Elite member I can say I was very disappointed in the rooms and service of the front desk staff on this trip. My initial stay was 5 nights and was upgraded to a family suite. The suite was small, not well upkept, and musty smelling. We had gotten to Paris a day late since we weren’t feeling well and had decided we wanted to try and extend our trip by one night if we could stay in the same room for convenience purposes, since we had so much luggage. If we had to switch rooms we had decided we would find a nicer hotel. We went down to the front desk staff and I spoke with an African American woman with bangs who had told us that since my initial stay was booked with points she couldn’t extend the original booking, but if I made a new booking for the additional night she could confirm that we could in fact stay in our current room (210). We sat with her through the entire process of making the new reservation, etc. and confirmed this multiple times since we had also debated whether to just return to London on the train the day we had originally planned. Please note that this reservation was made on the night of the 26th. The morning of the 28th arrived and I went down to the front desk to ask two questions 1) if the breakfast buffet they offered was included as a Titanium member (a new service desk female- short Caucasian woman said “yes it is”) 2) I then asked if my key card also needed to be updated due to the new reservation (she said yes and your room is available now). I was extremely confused and told her that I had been promised at the time of booking that we would be able to stay in our current room). She said that since I had booked the “premiere king room” and not the family suite that it wasn’t possible and all the suites were booked. My fiancé and I sat with the other front desk woman while making the new booking and had pointed out to her that the family suite room was not available on the Bonvoy app and she had said that we could book the premiere king room and she would take care of it. None of this seemed to matter to this new front desk female. I told her we had spent 540+ euros to stay an extra night under the specific assumption we didn’t have to pack our things up and switch rooms. At this point I was extremely frustrated and felt defeated that there wasn’t anything she did for me to remedy this situation. I went to the breakfast bar and got a croissant and yogurt and tried to go back to my room to pack and of course my key card wouldn’t work so I had to go back to her yet again. She then proceeded to look at my croissant and yogurt and tell me that “breakfast is not included for me” but to make it up for us having to switch rooms she would “comp the breakfast”. She wouldn’t even give me the key for the other room, and told me I had to bring all our things down to the lobby and checkout before we could move over to the new room. I go down a bit later with my fiancé to checkout and get the key to the new room and there was a very nice tall young African American woman who did what she was supposed to when an elite member checks in and asked me if I wanted the breakfast or points (which was something never asked upon our initial check in). Which just made me more infuriated that a free breakfast was offered to me as a “way to make up for the Major inconvenience”. Here are some pictures from the “premiere king” room. Stains all over the carpet, cracks in the wall, chips and scratches on the walls and furniture. 10/10 not worth the price and will not return based on the customer service

We loved staying here, we had a view of the eiffel tower. The room was clean, quiet, and we had plenty of toiletries. We were close enough to plenty if restaurants & shops. We walked to the Eiffel tower and the art museum was close too. Very welcoming and fun.

Quality at this hotel dropped significantly over the years, particularly housekeeping. The alarm clock was set by previous guest at 6 am.. no one checked that. They had 2 conditioners and 1 body wash, no shampoo. Poor amenities. Some cracks in the wall. Very late checkout refused despite being ambassador (asked for my24 but was refused due to being within 72 hours), and despite having so much availability on their site (they claimed they were full). Don’t go there if expecting good Bonvoy service. Location good.

The location is amazing. It's a located in a quieter neighborhood away from the major tourist sites yet it's in a convenient location close to the metro lines and in walking distance to the Eiffle Tower and the Arc de Triomph. Prices are fair and it's the kind of hotel where its a decent place to stay but not the kind of hotel where you'd want to spend a lot of time in it. Due to our marriott status we got upgraded to a junior suite, which was a 2-floor bedroom with a living space on the bottom and a bedroom and bathroom on the second one. It was nice to have some extra space but the room was dark and the bathroom didn't have any ventilation fan. We had to open the windows to let the humidity out and some fresh air in. The carpets looked pretty filthy. The housekeeping did their best every day though with replacing the towels and making the bed. The ceiling height in the shower was quite low, and my husband had to crouch to take a shower every day. If you are taller than 168cm, you won't be able to stand straight inside the shower. Breakfast is pretty basic and service is slow, especially for a proper coffee. I could imagine the standard rooms are quite small...but it is Paris. Overall, we had a good stay.
