Best hotel I've ever stayed at!

Staff was so attentive especially to our infant and the stay was super comfortable. Felt like we were home. Room was spacious and has nice views. Pool was nice and kids loved it.

Stay somewhere else if you have kids

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We stayed here in 2011 for our honeymoon and it was great. Coming back 13 years later with 3 kids, it’s not. We booked two connecting Eiffel Tower suites. The rooms are fine. The problems and issues however, were many: - Twice we had the Do Not Disturb sign on (our son has day naps) and staff came right in. On one occasion they burst in to take away the in room dining cart. The problem? We didn’t order food. - They locked our safe without asking us and we had to call them to unlock it. - The coffee pods, cups etc were not replaced during our entire 6 night stay. - Housekeeping came but didn’t remove the used glasses, ice bucket, etc. They simply collected them into a corner and left them. - The lifeguard at the pool restricted my daughters to a tiny corner of the pool because “members” were doing laps. My daughters have been swimming since they were 6 months old so her condescending tone was just plain rude. - The restaurant’s food quality is below average. As is the room service. It is also way overpriced. Overall, I would say avoid this hotel. I’m disappointed in our experience and will stay at the Four Seasons next time we are in Paris.

Not good

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

I recently stayed at your hotel from 23-25 October with my parents. While our stay was generally good, I wanted to share some feedback for improvement. Firstly, the room was quite noisy due to the AC, which made it difficult to fully relax. I mentioned this to the staff member at reception during checkout, but his response was a simple "hmm, okay, sorry," which felt dismissive. Additionally, I requested my invoice at checkout and was informed it would be emailed to me. However, I have not yet received it. I also informed the reception during my stay that the reservation was made under my husband's membership, but I wanted it changed to my membership. Unfortunately, I do not see this stay reflected in my account, which suggests the change was not made. Lastly, I noticed there was no satisfaction survey provided, which would have been an ideal platform to share my thoughts more formally.

Where Luxury Meets Genuine CareOFFICIAL

I've stayed in many hotels, but few have mastered the art of combining luxury with genuine warmth like this one. The staff remembered my name from day one, the amenities were thoughtfully selected, and the overall ambiance created a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. The morning coffee service was exceptional, and the evening atmosphere in the lobby was perfectly ca

Cultural Charm with World-Class ServiceOFFICIAL

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

An absolute treasure! The architectural details alone are worth the stay, but it's the staff that makes this place truly special. Their genuine smiles and willingness to go the extra mile created countless memorable moments. The rooms are spacious and well-thought-out, with touches of local culture that add authentic charm.
