Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe

We forgot our Dyson hair dryer in the drawer in our room. Even though we informed them on the same day, they said they could not find it. Although we requested that the entrance and exit footage of the room was recorded on camera and that the staff entered and exited the room, they did not provide a satisfactory explanation and did not help us. If you are choosing because it is safe, do not choose this hotel

Fantastic location , literally 5 minutes from Arc du Triumph, and Champ Elysees. Fantastic welcome from Tom and Luis . Room was fantastic, bed very comfortable, with such a great amenities. Breakfast , was simply amazing . All kind of variety , sweet and sour . Fantastic service at breakfast, very attentive and welcoming . Throughout the stay everyone was very professional and welcoming. Thanks again Tom.

We xame for a business meeting and had lunch at “Les cocottes” because it was recommended to me. I don’t regret at all my choice because the moment I came into the hotel I felt warmly welcomed. There is a warm ambiance and the staff very lovely and helpful. Christian Constant , the chef of the hotel is a top master of cuisine. We enjoyed so much one of his signature dishes : the ravioli with langoustine.

For instance, there are no USB sockets to charge electronics, which is inconvenient for modern travelers. 2. Bose Speaker Connectivity: While the Bose speaker offers nice sound, it can only be connected via Bluetooth, limiting connectivity options. 3. Plastic Glasses in Bathroom: The plastic glasses in the bathroom look a bit cheap, detracting from the otherwise luxurious feel of the room. 4. No Desk in Room: Despite the comfort of the rooms, they do not offer a desk for work, which could be an issue for business travelers. 5. Misleading Hotel Name: The name of the hotel might be misleading as it is located an 8-minute walk away from the Arc de Triomphe, which could be disappointing for guests expecting a closer proximity to the monument.
