In the heart of the district synonymous with Parisian fashion, the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg hotel embodies all the prestige of haute couture and luxury. Between Rue Faubourg Saint-Honoré and the Champs-Elysées, this distinctive 18th-century town house immerses you in the glamour of the great fashion houses. Inspired by their styles, designer Didier Gomez created a chic, contemporary and luxurious decor.

Another lovely stay at this hotel. It is well-located, and well-appointed. But what makes it particularly special is the staff. From the reception, to the concierge, to the housekeeping staff, all are warm, welcoming, and skilled at their jobs. A big thanks to each smiling face we encountered for helping to make our stay a positive one.

This excellent well appointed hotel is a joy to stay at with excellent staff. The front desk is efficient and friendly and they ensure you have the room to suit your personal needs. The concierge desk is as as good a concierge desk as you will find anywhere. . It is knowledgeable and practical in advice given. We were assisted by Camille on this desk who was delightful and competent. The rooms are expertly serviced and fully equipped and furnished with a bed you would like to have at home ; so comfortable. This is the Paris hotel we will return to.

I really wanted to give this hotel a good review because all the staffs are really professional and made us feel really welcomed during our stay. The room, however; is the real disappointment. This hotel is rated 5 stars but really it is only 2. Besides the professional staffs and excellent location, nothing is good about the hotel. The condition and quality of the room is just unacceptable for the price we paid. For 1000 euros per night, it is just BAD. The room really needs a thorough cleaning, dust everywhere, pee streaks running down the toilet, cabinets are dirty with streaks, water leaks through the shower door and pools at vanity; I almost slipped twice. The room is dark, with inconsistent light glow, some white lights and others some warm. The most annoying thing is the light in the toilet, it is on censor and keeps going off every 15/30 sec. I mean what luxury hotel puts their lighting on censor?? The bed is super lumpy, and the box spring made a loud creak twice, we almost thought the bed is going to collapse. The breakfast service is superb slow and quality is average. Is it worth 1000 euros per night? No. Will I go back again? A Definite No.

Had an excellent stay at Sofitel. They were able to accomodate our family of 5. We had a great experience. The location was excellent and the amenities were superb. Everything was seem less and all of our needs were attended to promptly. Would stay here again

I write this review to honor in particular 2 concierges: Tomas and Camille. Lufthansa had lost my friend's luggage. Both Tomas and Camille went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help her find her bags. Calling the airlines, delivery service, and others to FIND her bag and EXPEDITE delivery. Each and every very time they contacted someone, they returned with clear COMMUNICATION of updates and how they (Tomas and Camille) planned to FOLLOW UP. Truly BECAUSE OF THEM, my friend finally received her bags!!
