Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg

This place is top notch. A very family friendly hotel with a great location in the heart of Paris. We walked to most of the big sites. Staff was extra nice to our two kids and gave them welcome gifts. Also extra accommodating for our little one with a feather allergy. Can’t wait to come back!!

The hospitality is fantastic at the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg! Such a special experience for our family. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable for our family. The location can’t be beat! We highly recommend a stay on your next trip to Paris!

The location can’t be beat for proximity to so many of the attractions you want to see. The hotel is located next to the US Embassy and so there is tight security on the hotel’s street. They tout it as the safest hotel in Paris! The rooms are lovely but the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Super friendly and helpful and when they learn your name the first time they don’t forget. Makes you feels like a celebrity!

Disappointing. I have been staying at this particular Sofitel many times and sadly the last 2 stays the service was patchy and not worthy of a hotel of that class. The Location and breakfasts are good though but whether is it room service, concierge or help to get a taxi very disappointing and inconsistent.

This hotel is perfectly located, at the Place de la Concorde. The staff was very welcoming and kind. We were made to feel very welcome by the front desk, the concierge, the bellhops, and the maids. Couldn’t have asked for better service. It was top notch all around. Our room was lovely, furnished beautifully with a huge bathroom and very comfortable bed. Little amenities given daily were much appreciated too. We highly recommend this hotel.
