The Westin Paris offers magnificent vistas of the City of Light, with windows opening to the Tuileries Gardens, Eiffel Tower and the legendary Louvre Museum. Iconic and romantic, Paris is a city imbued with beauty, history and culture, and the Westin is set in the heart of it all. Located in the first Arrondissement, The Westin is mere steps from the Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde and the elegant Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, with its myriad of fashion boutiques. As one would expect in the style capital of the world, guest rooms are elegantly appointed and equipped with the signature Starwood Resort amenities, which make the Westin Paris a truly distinct French retreat.

The Westin is a self-proclaimed “luxury” hotel, yet its state of repair you wouldn’t even find in a budget hotel brand such as Ibis. Rooms In dire state of repair, from the paint peeling away from the tiles in the bathroom to damaged woodwork to AC from the 80s. Housekeeping Diabolical. Gym Small, barely any facilities work. Lunch Only served in a bar without dining tables and chairs. Breakfast €39 for quite possible the worst buffet I’ve ever had.

NOT A WESTIN STANDARD! The only good thing about this hotel is location. I could not believe that this is a Westin property. The room I got was really outdated, bed is not what Westin is known for “heavenly bed”, the room decor is terrible and the worst part is, the bathroom is disgusting, see attached picture. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great Location, but that is all that it has going for this hotel. The rooms are very old, and dated. We checked in early and presumed we had received the room requested via the “chat” three days prior when we checked in, but since it was not ready, we left luggage and went out to visit Paris. When we returned we were disappointed that the hotel had not actually assigned us the room we wanted, so beware of thinking the “chat” is going to be worth anything there. We tried to discuss this with the hotel manager Marie, who was not very friendly to us, but she finally helped find a room on the 2nd floor, instead of the 1st floor, above the street.Since the hotel has 5 floors, this was even disappointing, given that we requested a high floor away from the elevator. The room itself had a view, but it was extremely tight moving around, as they have tried to modernize it by adding a large cart. In doing this, it is impossible to get your luggage around the bed. The bathroom had mold in the bathtub, and many places where the paint was either missing, or had been patched. This is definitely disappointing when the price of a night here is higher then other hotels in the same area. When we spoke to the manager about this in the morning, he told us to go ahead and write a bad review, here it is!!! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THE MANAGEMENT CARES.

The Westin is in the perfect location and a beautiful hotel. I was offered an upgrade to a room with the greatest view of Paris, it truly was. I had a junior suite with balconies (5!) The room was very spacious. The breakfast was included and delicious. The staff were kind. They had great amenities, essential oils for sleeping, hand sanitizer, complimentary water, and more. I would highly recommend over some of the high end locally owned hotels nearby

Westin is not what it use to be. There was a standard they were know for and this place was less than satisfactory. Maybe it’s due to the high visitor traffic but that’s just an excuse for a poorly run and maintained property They charge way too much money for aged rooms, poor service and little amenities.

Great location near the Louvre museum, the shopping areas & the bus stops! The service was great in the breakfast room & throughout the hotel.
