The Westin Paris - Vendôme never fails to impress me it’s one of my favorite hotels in Paris! I had another fantastic stay, and the breathtaking view, especially with Christmas approaching, made it even more magical. The hotel itself is a beautiful and elegant place, with warm and attentive staff who make you feel right at home. This wasn’t my first visit, and I certainly don’t regret coming back. I highly recommend this incredible hotel for anyone visiting Paris, especially during the holiday season.

We spent our anniversary at this hotel. Excellent service and staff. Great rooms and an awesome breakfast. Great intimate bar to end the day. Perfect location to shops, museums and palaces. Would definitely stay here again. Very safe neighborhood.

Beautiful historic building. Rooms are interesting because they have been converted over the years, but so much character. Food is great and the bar staff are fun and attentive. Great service and hotel staff my entire stay. Location is perfect for walking to attractions or catching the Metro.

Very disappointing hotel stay. I was given an upgrade to a junior suite which would have been wonderful had the room have been nice. As everyone mentions it’s old and tired and in need of a refurb. Even if they couldn’t afford to do all the works at least change the awful shower curtains everyone has posted about. The room felt dirty. There were bits on the floor showing it hadn’t been hoovered properly. I had no bathrobes or slippers and had to call down for those. No tea making facilities in the room so you have to call down for one cup per day and only from 7am onwards. Called at 0655 and instead of saying we’ll make a note and bring it up at 7, they told me to call back. Didn’t make my room up or clean it. Called three times and once eventually done didn’t replace any towels or amenities. Plus side is location and bedding was very comfortable. Most staff very helpful but cleaners were not and I found them rude. Wouldn’t recommend.

The front office has attitude and lacks empathy. I noticed similar experiences in Trip Advisor. I tried to reach Jean Marc Michel but without success. Even thought of bringing it to Mr. Anthony Capuano’s attention as it did not reflect the policy of Marriott and our experience in staying at Marriott hotels globally. It is pricy with dated and ill equipped room where we stayed two days ago on November 20. Inaccessible location of AC control unit and no coffee maker or slippers in the room. The service at the bar of the hotel is very good refreshingly friendly.
