What is not to love about Park City, Utah? The clean mountain air, bevy of ski resorts, and charming celebrity-filled village are certainly alluring for even the most seasoned of travelers. Hunkering down inside a luxurious villa at the Hotel Park City - the area's only luxury resort property - is the crowning touch to what is sure to be a wondrous escape. The hotel features a collection of two-story buildings containing all-suite accommodations with private verandas or patios, roaring fireplaces, full kitchens or kitchenettes, and lovely scenic views. Hotel Park City is also home to Utah's only Ruth's Chris Steak House, as well as Bandanna's Restaurant for more casual meals.

This hotel is Aplus plus plus. I’ve been staying at the Hotel Park City for years and it ALWAYS is epic. The amenities are the best but most importantly the staff and management are super super helpful, responsive, friendly, and professional. The breakfast staff (everyone is excellent but Juan the omelette chef and Nicolle the host/server are tremendous). The front desk personnel, the door staff, drivers—EVERYONE I encountered (including the bar staff at Ruth Chris)—-great stay.

All the staff was incredible. Nicolle was so sweet and professional. Hope to come back! The food and the service was also great! There’s a shuttle that takes u to main street anytime. My cottage had everything I needed it. Also great for families. ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed at the cottage and it were amazing. Hot tub just outside on the balcony and a gorgeous bathroom. The staff were very attentive and addressed any concerns or questions we had promptly and professionally. Will definitely return!

The worst customer service we have ever experienced at a hotel. This hotel is definitely not a luxury hotel nor up to the standard of a premium Marriott hotel. When we checked in the bellmen and hotel staff made no attempt to help. We had to carry our luggage across the parking lot, up the stone stairs and to our room by ourselves. Same terrible experience upon check out. The bellman and hotel staff made no effort to help as we struggled to take our luggage to the car. During our stay the room next door was playing extremely loud music and kids were screaming at 7 a.m.. So I called the front desk to ask for help regarding the noise, but nobody ever answered the phone. The front desk phone for 10 minutes and nobody ever answered. During our stay it was clear that this hotel is very poorly managed. No sign of management or any type of oversight, which may help explain the poor customer experience. Marriott should terminate the current management at this hotel and assign someone to train all the staff on customer service. Also, terminate the bellmen…. they are worthless and clearly don’t understand their role. At this price point there are far better options. Park City is a great location, and you don’t want to let a poorly operated hotel ruin it.

Nice hotel in a great location if you're skiing at either the Canyons or Park City. Also fairly close to Woodward and the outlets for shopping, about 15 minutes. We stayed in one of the cottages outside of the main hotel area and it was very nice. Housekeeping did a good job and was flexible with our schedule. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. My only real complaint is that the Wi-Fi is pathetic. It's 2025, and to not have high speed internet is unacceptable. I was getting about 20 to 25 megabytes per second download speed while trying to get some work done, and that's barely better than the old dial-up internet speeds. That has to be improved. Even in the main lobby the wifi speed was equally as slow. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options, both hot and cold, and the dining experience at Ruth's Chris at the hotel was also very good. Coffee, hot chocolate, apple cider and s'mores were offered in the lobby which was a nice convenience. Overall I would recommend this property unless you need to get a lot of work done that requires good Wi-Fi speeds (e.g. video conference calls, applications that process a lot of data, etc...).
