Hotel Park City

Hotel Park City defines the “skiing out west” experience. It is more like a home than a hotel. I had a last minute request to meet a friend so I called to see if there was any availability as it was Christmas week. I spoke to Danielle in reservations and she sorted it out. HPC is truly in the center of Park City and you are minutes to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain. The shuttle service runs constantly and they can store your gear. The lobby has a soaring ceiling and a massive fire place with floor to ceiling windows and has breath taking views. There is also a piano for those who can play. They have a Ruths Chris and a bar which is great. The room I had overlooked the pool and 20 person hot tub as well as the mountains. The giant tree lit up all in red kept the holiday vibe going. The room was well appointed with a washer dryer, kitchenette , fire place and balcony for morning coffee that is provided . From the doormen to the front desk personnel this place feels like home. It is 1/3 the price of the hotels closer to the mountains and the money is not the only value. Free parking is a huge advantage in Park City and being able to do laundry on a ski trip allows to pack less and stay clean. I am a Platinum Bonvoy member so those benefits apply as well. You will not find a better family hotel at the price.

Had a great time in Hotel Park City with my family. Had breakfast at the hotel with great service from Nicolle. She was very attentive to my family as if we were the only ones there. Chef Juan was also great cooking up omelette and eggs. Great place for family vacations!

Best spot for Park City! Easy shuttle to and from Mountain they made the entire experience effortless. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet Nabil and Andrea C where examples of customer service excellence. We already have our trip to return booked for February 2025.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING, property, service, location, etc. From the time I arrived till departure the staff were phenomenal. They were expecting my arrival and were incredibly gracious and welcoming from the bell staff to front office. The check in process was flawless, simple, quick and easy. The bellman drove my wife and I to our cottage, moved our bags, skis, etc. and took time to explain the use of the hot tub, fireplaces, laundry, etc. Two thumbs up to them. I would like to acknowledge the front end manager Kerri and her staff. Kerri is the best in guest service hotel leadership, etc. She made our stay memorable. Thank you kindly for all you did! The front-end agents were very accommodating providing local information, transporting us to town, etc. I would like to acknowledge a few staff member, Regie, William, Stephaine Autumn and the entire staff under Kerri's leadership. Regarding the property, location is perfect. Located on the golf course but only minutes away to historic town and skiing. I highly recommend upgrading to a cottage luxury Suite. The views are incredible and the space was perfect for my wife and I. Hated to leave. Will be back. Restaurants we enjoyed are, Park City Roadhouse Grill, Tarahumara Mexican, Tupelo Park City, No Name Saloon, Cortona Italian. Lastly as a side note, I am a Titanium Elite, with over 2,900 nights at Marriott and Marriott employee. I have a good baseline for quality hotels with great amenities and service. Hotel Park CIty is one of my top 5 hotels. Highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.
