There is nowhere else I'd stay in Pasadena other than the Langham. The level of service, professionalism of staff, cleanliness of rooms, quality of club level amenities are all top notch. The surrounding grounds are beautiful as well.

They drag up the room rate almost three times more as my original booking during the eaton fire. What a shame business model

With us being evacuated from the SoCal fires we so appreciated being able to get a room at the hotel. The staff when above and beyond. Many of us at the hotel were evacuated. The hotel made sure we had water, cookies and activities during this tragic incident. THANK YOU LANGHAM HUNTINGTON!!!!

Unfortunately, the property appears to be poorly maintained. In our room, the restroom's window blind handle was missing, and the in-room TV was noticeably outdated, offering only red-yellow cable inputs and no HDMI. The hot tub water was extremely foamy, indicating a clear chemical imbalance. Additionally, when I asked for directions to the ice machine, I was directed to the room near Royce Steakhouse. Upon entering, I found several umbrellas scattered on the floor, but no ice machine—only a visible waterline and a hole on the wall where the machine had been removed."
