The hotel is located in a great position and the room was spacious and clean. The reason for the disappointing review is the penny pinching at every opportunity from the management. On arrival we were told we had to pay for parking when it was previously stated that parking was free. If you don’t want to pay for parking you have to drive around near by free parking areas and try to find a space which is not at all easy. Disappointing! On check in we were told our room was at the back of the property with no view. We asked if there was the same standard of room on the front elevation and we were told yes there was. When we asked to have that room instead they then informed us that we had to pay another 120 dollars. Disappointing! Prior to check out, we asked if there was any chance we could keep the room a little Ionger and have a late check out. We were told that was fine. Then they said they wanted another 300 dollars. Disappointing! Lastly, I was looking out of the window onto the pool at 7am this morning and saw a guy laying on one of the sun beds which you have to pay extra for. He was the only one down by the pool and those beds had the early sunshine. I saw a staff member go and tell him he had to move if he wasn’t paying for one of those beds. Seriously?!…there was no one else by the pool at that time of the day. Disappointing! We won’t be back.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The hotel itself could belong in Las Vegas but sadly the casino couldn’t. The casino is good but there are no Craps tables and it is not quite Vegas…but appreciate you are in Perth, not Vegas! The staff in the hotel and the facilities are amazing. We literally loved our stay here and we will be back

Second time staying at crown towers. of course the room was great with the best view of swan river. cleanliness was a top notch both in the room and in the lobby n other area. check in was smooth, but as a 5-star hotel, services and friendliness can be improved.

Stunning place! May be lacking in a few areas as previous reviews may show but I still feel it deserves 5 stars for the upsides CT brings. We got all we needed out of our family trip and we were accomodated appropriately. Will certainly try some of the other locations

I am writing this review just to hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else. We booked this hotel to begin our honeymoon in WA. After travelling for 30 hours, from London and after contacting the hotel numerous times to inform them we would arrive at 1am and that we are on honeymoon, we were told the hotel was full and that they had overbooked. This is despite us having already paid in advance for a 3 night stay. The staff member working that night told us that it is hotel policy to overbook to prevent them from losing money should a guest not show up. We were very upset at this bad start to our honeymoon but being so tired from our travelling, did not make a fuss. The duty manager that night, found us another hotel and told us we could come back the next day. We were assured we would be refunded for the night that we had already paid for! We were then sent to a hotel that was undergoing renovation so awoke to drilling at 6am. On our return to Crown Towers the following day, there was no extra touch or apology for the fact we were turned away for the first night of our honeymoon. Here is the crux of the issue. We are checking out tomorrow and have been Informed by the duty manager Chris Tsui, that we must pay for that first night. The night that we did not stay here. This is almost unbelievable. The management have been most unhelpful and unprofessional in helping to resolve the issue. The reception staff told us that this had happened to some other guests recently. The hotel that we were sent to had received other guests who had been turned away from crown towers that night. I had read some bad reviews before booking this hotel but decided to give it a try. I would not in my wildest dreams have imagined being turned away on my honeymoon. Crown Towers has really tainted our trip to Perth with their lack of professionalism and service. I would not wish this upon anyone. We are trying to to let this shocking treatment set the tone for the rest of our trip. Please stay away from this place.
