Unlike my usual reviews, this is for the accommodation (the others have been for the food). I stayed at Crown Towers several times in 2024, so this review will be an amalgam of those. I do love it, the opulence is welcoming and makes you feel special. Especially the drive to the door to have the uniformed staff welcome you, makes you feel very VIP indeed. I stayed in a mix of Deluxe King and Twin rooms and my favourite things about them is the view of the Swan River and City Skyline and the very comfortable beds and the bathroom with the deep relaxing soak, the tv on the facing wall and the rainforest shower. I have always found the staff to be very accommodating and pleasant. I do love the convenience of the restaurants and bars being available downstairs. I feel very lucky that we have such a lovely destination to stay whilst in Perth. Yes, the marketing is slick and it all looks fabulous, there are some things that you may not be aware of in the reality of the hospitality industry. From reading other reviews, I know that the money spent can be a lot and I myself was asked for more when I upgraded my room. I was not particularly happy but agreed. The view was worth my pleasure and lasted longer than the dismay I felt about the extra amount. I also have experienced as have other patrons, of longer waiting times than expected (or necessary) for checking in or out, or waiting for my car. I particularly don't like it when I have to pick up my car at the level below next to the escalator, it felt like the good will I had felt had dissapated upon my leaving. I wanted my car to be bought around upstairs and be attended to by the uniformed staff as on my arrival. But I consoled myself when I reminded myself that I was not the only person leaving, that the staff were trying their best in an extremely busy period and that they were apologetic but still professional. I knew that from talking to them at times, that a lot of them were hardworking, had the best intentions and usually had a long commute to and from home as well as very full workloads. I am the first to admit that sometimes things do go awry, and sometimes it does feel disappointing, (they did 'lose' my car for a good 30 plus minutes, but they admitted that while it was a staff error was one of the main reasons for the long wait). But sometimes to be more accepting that stuff happens can make it easier for everyone, including yourself. I always have a very long drive anytime I come to Perth, so I didn't think losing my cool would look good anyway. I have spent times at the Crystal Towers for Breakfast and have seen people attend wearing definitely not the usual standard expected, (unwashed hair, tattoos, ripped clothing, surly expressions) and I was upset at the way that I had gone to the trouble of dressing and presenting myself to the standard. And I will admit the money I spent on Crystal, did play a part in feeling dismayed. But I just made my feelings known (in a nice way) to the staff and asked that they would be passed on to the next senior level so it could be attended to appropriately. Sometimes you get to holiday at a place where the only other people are as well groomed, well moneyed or just as well as you would like to think that they should be. Sometimes you have to share the space with those who have different ideas of what that is. I like to think that any given feedback will be listened to and acted upon and that continuous improvement is a valued and consistent practice at Crown Towers. I like to think that CT is where everybody who comes to work or play can enjoy the space. From the luxury in the rooms, to the outdoor spaces, I think my very favourite is the ability of the staff who strive to do their best for all of their patrons, wherever in the towers they are.

A big thank you to Do Ri Choi for her professionalism from start to finish. This is our fourth stay at Crown Towers and we’re pleased that the highest of standards are still in place; luxurious rooms, multifaceted pools, meticulous cleanliness and well priced for experiences offered. Will be back next year. Once again thank you Do Ri.😌

We had a lovely stay here for a Perth staycation as a family of four. Checkin was easy and we were lucky to check in about 45 mins early which was great. Pools were lovely as was breakfast the next morning in the epicurean. The room was also lovely, and as a family of four staying in one room with two queens, I must say we certainly didn’t feel too cramped. The only drawback is the cost…it can be very expensive staying here. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children was $160 - of course it was nice but that’s still a lot of money. Would happily return again for a special occasion :)

I would like to commend them on their outstanding service we had an issue with the electric drapes and the safe .Instead of repairing the issues they upgraded us to a suit immediately and champagne no questions asked. Our stay there was very enjoyable and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again as it was our second stay here.we had breakfast at the epicurean absolutely outstanding not cheap by any means but the selection was next level a great selection of food to suit all tastes

My wife booked a 2 night, midweek stay at Crown Towers as a relaxing retreat for our anniversary , now that school is back in. (I must say how ridiculous it is that so many parents decided to stay midweek, AND bring their school age children... So much for the future of the country!) Crown Towers is Perth's finest Hotel Resort! From the moment we checked in to our amazing room with uninterrupted views across to the CBD, everything was luxurious. Every staff member we encountered made us feel truly special; every drink was perfect; every meal or snack was fantastic! I had the pleasure of chatting with Ahmed - the duty Manager in hand the second day of our stay- who made us the incredible offer to upgrade my wife and I to an amazing corner suite, that included the sublime views we enjoyed the first night, but expanded them around across the parklands and East of Maylands peninsula.... Truly amazing! We enjoyed dinner at Modo Mio, and both had their Experience Menu, and what a feast it was! Every mouthful was culinary perfection, and the waitresses were amazing. Thank you Modo Mio! Thank you Inonica, Ahmed, Sonam at Breakfast, and to each and every staff member to the Crown Complex that helped make our stay sensational!
