Reviews for Pan Pacific Perth

3 Night stay.

Lovely hotel in an ideal spot for Elizabeth quay and the city centre. We had a king size deluxe room, very clean and spacious. Never used the restaurant of bar but looked very nice. Bed was very comfy and had a fridge and kettle in the room with espresso coffee maker with coffee pods and tea bags. Highly recommended. Parking is a bit expensive.

Very nice hotel in a quiet part of town

We were only staying in Perth overnight and chose the Pan Pacific. Very nice, comfortable hotel. The premium rooms on level 20 are spacious and quiet. The toiletries (Jo Loves) were lovely. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We ate in UMA - see separate review, which was excellent. We left before breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

What A Disappointing Christmas Day Luncheon

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

We went to the newly refurbed Pan Pacific Hotle Christmas Day Lunch. First of all, they should have had a dress code, after all it was Christmas day, not a day for shorts, thongs and other very interesting (to say the least) outfits. The food was less than average, out of 10 I would score it 2. I know it's hard to keep food that should have been hot at a buffet at the temperature it should have been, but our food was only just lukewarm. (We hadn't delayed in getting our food because it was obvious by the numbers of guests it was going to be a 'bun fight' if you didn't get in early). Overall, it was an absolute rip off at $245.00 a head. Even if it had been $100.00 a head it would have been overpriced for what they presented. Would we go to the Pan Pacific in Perth, to any of their other restaurants, NO WAY! you couldn't pay me to eat there again On a plus side their staff worked very hard and were as obliging as possible, but it was hard for them to overcome the lackluster food. Lift you act Pan Pacific. If you're going to charge top dollar, come through with what you advertised will be on offer or this hotel will be just another Perth Hotel that over promises and under delivers

Great view from high floors.

We had a premier river view room and it didn't disappoint for views. Nice big room, comfy and huge bed. Bathroom was ultra modern with a huge walk in shower, Make up mirror- very powerful! -all toiletries top notch and slippers etc which you don't get everywhere these days. Staff were great, very attentive. I asked for a replacement ironing board as ours was twisted and it was there before we finished breakfast. My only complaint would be that the carpet was such a colour that it looked grubby and we did find a finger nail and a lollypop behind the tv, so maybe hard to tell if clean. Breakfast good and good choice. Good position just one road away from the main walking strip by the sea and the Perth Mint is just behind. Elizabeth Quay has eating areas. We got the free CAT bus from Elizabeth quay up to the Kings park to watch the sunset, fantastic views from there. Those free CAT buses can get you everywhere but check timetables as seem to finish early during the week. Heirisson island a good nearby walk but under a lot of construction as they are building a pedestrian bridge. Great Hotel.

A real treasure in Perth

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

We have stayed here a number of times and have always enjoyed our experience, hence the fact we keep returning. Apart from great accommodation and facilities, the best thing about the hotel is its fabulous staff. Each time we return we are greeted like long lost friends by all staff, not just reception staff. Too many of them to name individually but they know who they are. On our last visit, my wife had a medical episode as we were checking out and the concierge and reception staff went above and beyond the call of duty to assist her. Thank you Stuart and Maarja - Liis. See you again in 2025.
