Pan Pacific Hotel Perth

A wonderful week's stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Perth. The rooms are beautiful, clean and modern. I found all staff to be excellent - friendly, accomodating and helpful. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for them. Special shout out to the lovely Reception desk staff member, Marja Luis - she is a wonderful asset to the hotel. Monty's for buffet breakfast was fabulous. The selection to eat was quite extensive. A special thanks to my friendly wait staff especially to Shodai and Yumi.

Great place to stay in Perth

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

We returned after 2 weeks excited to stay at pan pacific again. Unfortunately disappointed the club room lounge. The club manager was very pushie wanting a review, the noise level was extremely high with loud guests. the very bad music that made no sense. They had three televisions on but you could not here want was being said. Food was great but over supplied. The rooms were dated and worn. but was advised by the very helpful front of house staff that the room are due to be upgraded. The general staff working the club lounge were great and very helpful. It is a pity that people being other guests do not have very good hygiene standards, they like to use their fingers to take food from the trays, especially at breakfast, come on people, tongs are provides so use them. Would we stay again the answer is a big yes. Great location and great access to down town Perth. As for the pushing for a review please management, give it a rest. We will do a review if we feel it warrants one.

3 Night stay.

Lovely hotel in an ideal spot for Elizabeth quay and the city centre. We had a king size deluxe room, very clean and spacious. Never used the restaurant of bar but looked very nice. Bed was very comfy and had a fridge and kettle in the room with espresso coffee maker with coffee pods and tea bags. Highly recommended. Parking is a bit expensive.

Very nice hotel in a quiet part of town

We were only staying in Perth overnight and chose the Pan Pacific. Very nice, comfortable hotel. The premium rooms on level 20 are spacious and quiet. The toiletries (Jo Loves) were lovely. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We ate in UMA - see separate review, which was excellent. We left before breakfast so I can’t comment on that.
