Birthday treat
My family and I had a great day from start to finish when we arrived at Gleneagles. First of all every member of staff were so friendly and chatty! The way it should be so well done to you all. I had a special birthday treat of a horse riding lesson with Olivia and the very handsome Trooper who was very patient with me! My family were able to watch my lesson and were made very welcome, Olivia is a star! She helped me enjoy my first ever ride on a horse it was fantastic! She explained everything and took her time with me, thank-you. I had a delicious meal afterwards and again staff were fabulous! The best birthday I could have wished for! Absolutely excellent stay at Gleneagles hotel, fantastic facilities the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly always there to help. The accommodation is excellent very luxurious and the dining is exceptional. Beautiful views beautiful place!!

The hotel is of course beautiful and impeccable. The food and beverage is first class, the breakfast is a joy. The staff are the soul of the hotel, may it always be that way. They know when to approach, open a conversation, but also to allow you to your time. Looking forward to returning

Brilliant Stay
Fabulous Hotel Excellent Service Superb Food Staff Excellent Rooms Beautiful From start to end of our stay at Gleneagles the attention and Service by all staff members was excellent. The dining choices available are good and cater for all tastes and budgets. The facilities are good quality and the available list of things to do while there is comprehensive. Highly Reccomended.

Exceptional hotel in Scotland
The Gleneagles stay this week was exceptional not because of how beautiful this property is but because of the people that work there. The care taken by staff is amongst the best in the world. Our golf got cancelled owing to the weather / snow but the other activities made up for everything. Going for archery was a great decision. Our instructor was a young lad Joe. Made it very interesting. This is a must visit property for golfers and non golfers alike. Enjoyed every bit of our visit.
