Amazing!
Gleneagles is amazing. Everything was beautiful. The concierges were so attentive and nothing too much trouble. The only snag was on the Saturday evening, we were told that the bar was full and had to wait until it emptied a little. This is unacceptable and was very disappointing.

The beds are lovely and soft and great size the views are stunning on a sunny day the food never lets you down you can go for a wee stroll and work up an appetite the staff are very attentive and you get looked after well and of course the golf is excellent just a fab place to visit

Gleneagles is perfect for families
Gleneagles surpassed our expectations at every turn. In a 4 day stay, we experienced first class service in the hotel and in our activities. We did it all, Highlands excursion, paddleball, golf, bike riding, tennis, bird dogging, fly fishing, etc... The surroundings were amazing! Thanks to the wonderful service by the staff!

Probably the best hotel ever!
Superb from start to finish - if you haven’t been to this hotel then you should! We went as a large family group to celebrate 2 special birthdays - and Gleneagles made it super special. They catered for all of us from 8yrs old to 80yrs old. What an experience. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Playground paradise!
What a magical week in Scottish paradise! We took a family vacation to Gleneagles from the US and it could not have been more incredible. The hotel and its grounds are impeccable, the rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable, the food is excellent with tons of variety and we even lucked out with lovely weather. What made our stay so memorable, however, was the wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived, we were met warmly by a wonderful receptionist named Chloe who went so far above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She remembered our daughter by name (and even her stuffed animal’s name). My daughter looked forward to seeing her every day of our stay and Chloe made her feel so special and welcome. She truly was a highlight of our trip. We also had wonderful experiences horseback riding, meeting the ferrets and climbing the low ropes course. This place is magic amongst the highlights and we will definitely be back!
