Dusit Thani Hua Hin

My most recent stay was as wonderful as always, especially with the Precious team who called to inquire about my stay one day in advance, allowing us to prepare thoroughly. I was very impressed and appreciate the room upgrade this time. At Dusit Thani, I can always trust in excellent operations, whether in Bangkok, Kyoto, or Hua Hin, and I will continue to support it. There are a few areas that could be improved and discussed in more detail, such as the Reservation team, which lacks attention to detail and customer care in communication. Additionally, the new Loyalty program, which has removed breakfast, and certain operational aspects could be enhanced. For example, the Seafood Buffet at The Restaurant had a very limited variety of food, and the staff didn’t provide the same level of service as during breakfast. There is also significant room for improvement with the staff in the Lounge.

My wife and myself stayed here for two days for Valentines. We had a club level ocean view king which was beautiful. The sunrise every morning was gorgeous as was the view from our balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. Club level gives you access to the club lounge and we enjoyed appetizers and soft drinks daily. We also used the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which was beautiful. Every member of staff greeted us warmly with a smile. The restaurants are very very high quality and serve delicious fare. Everything was impeccably clean and the smell in the hotel was fabulous! We cant say enough good things about our experience as everything was perfection. Stay here and enjoy what top level luxury and service has to offer. We will be back because life is too short to not spoil yourself every so often.

What a shame !! The hotel is amazing with really friendly lovely staff. Rooms are great. Food is good. Sadly they have many events.l booked. Our first night there was a wedding on and that was not a problem however the second night was a massive corporate event with music blaring all night and young drunk people filling the pool area and small beach.l the next day. The third night was yet another corporate event and instead of music all night it was much worse it was very loud bongo drum ls beating and crowds screaming. Today I actually feel like we have chosen an Ibiza free for all type vacation - all the young people have their different ghetto blasters on all around the pool (they are all drunk) with a mixture of various ‘music’ going on. We struggled to even get a bed. Not the peaceful tranquil holiday that we wanted I’m afraid. I repeat , it’s such a shame as the hotel really is lovely. I would recommend before booking that you check how many functions are going on !

Disappointed. Expected the legendary Dusit Thani hospitality, instead got rude treatment from the Front Office Manager, Ms Kanthicha. She made it clear, DUSIT THANI only wants the payment, any problems the client may have, it is their own problem, DUSIT THANI is not there to help.

Nice Hotel with 4 restaurants. Grill and Italien was ok could be better. The Thai we didn't try. Beach is small but ok for us. All the employees super frindly could not be better. Breakfast buffet very good lot's of different food. Not enough sunbeds at the pool and beach. If you are up later then 7am 90% of them are reserved witch is actually not aloud but still happening. Same all over, too bad..
