Completely disappointed !!!
Disappointing and Unprofessional Behaviour I stayed at this hotel during a girls’ trip and was shocked by the rude and intimidating behaviour of the hotel manager Mr. Ajeesh Menon . Instead of being respectful, I was spoken to in a demeaning manner, which made me feel uncomfortable and targeted. Guests should never be made to feel unsafe. This experience reflects poorly on the hotel’s management standards. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and ensures better training and accountability going forward.

Perfect place for family
Everything was perfect from arrival to departure — excellent service, a clean room, a lovely view, and a great breakfast! We especially loved the farm with the hens, goats, and buffaloes. It was very well maintained, and the staff there were knowledgeable, clear, and polite in their explanations.

Our family chose to stay here for my birthday and to celebrate my daughter’s wedding anniversary. Everyone loved it here! There were plenty of activities for my grandson, the rooms were great, the food was delicious, and we’ll definitely come back again.

Impressive! Highly recommended
The reservation staff were super helpful and friendly, and every member of the team was clearly well-trained and genuinely eager to help. We had such a lovely time at San Marco — the staff truly made our experience amazing. The farm guys were super cute, friendly, and very informative, and the wellness staff were exceptionally professional and well-trained. Overall, we were super impressed with how welcoming and attentive everyone was!
