From the note arrived, the staff were all very helpful and courteous. Whilst the hotel is big and seemed busy during our stay, there was never any issues getting a table at one of the 4 restaurants. Having a club room entitled us access to the club lounge which offered snacks and non alcoholic drinks at no charge all through the day. From 6:30pm to 8:00pm they served a selection of alcoholic drinks again at no charge. The staff here were friendly and offered great service. Food at all of the restaurants was excellent. Our club room was of a good size and well appointed. My only criticisms were that with such a big hotel, it always seemed a battle to find sunbeds around the pool and we had to resort to getting up early each day to secure a half decent spot! Also, there was an Indian wedding taking place over 4 days which I have to say, looked like a fantastic event for over 300 guests and the organisation & attention to detail looked second to none! Again only one criticism here, aimed at the hotel and travel agent in that no prior warning was provided that the wedding would be taking place and that there would be restrictions around the hotel over the 4 days for the other guests. Am aware the hotel does have a calendar of events of this kind so worth checking beforehand if you plan to stay as some evenings were very noisy! All said, it is a lovely hotel and well worth a stay. Definitely worth considering the upgrade to a club room.

The view from the room is absolutely stunning. While the room feels a bit small for a one-week stay and has a few slightly inconvenient aspects, thanks to the kindness and support of the staff, I truly enjoyed my stay. The team on the 7th-floor Club Lounge is wonderful. Under the elegant and perfectly attentive leadership of Ms.Beau, Tinn, who is currently in training, worked tirelessly with great awareness and a constant smile. I really enjoyed talking with him and hearing about his bright hopes for the future. Seeing this shy young staff member confidently engaging with guests was clearly a result of Beau’s excellent guidance. Pim, Beau’s right hand woman, is always cheerful and lovely, and she made the Club Lounge atmosphere even more welcoming and pleasant. On the first floor, the manager of The Restaurant, Ms.Sasinan, was an outstanding and capable leader. She always greeted guests warmly and sincerely. Budsarin, who took care of me every day, made each morning start beautifully with her gentle smile and thoughtful attention. There were many other dedicated staff members working hard for the guests as well, although I didn’t always have the chance to ask their names. Breakfast at Nomada was also delightful, especially with the refreshing sea breeze. Suwapat’s bright and energetic smile gave me a wonderful boost every morning. The housekeeping team on the 7th floor kept the room clean and well organized every day for a full week, which made the small space very comfortable. In particular, the evening housekeeper was exceptionally kind. I’m a fan of DusitThani and enjoy staying at different DusitThani hotels wherever I go. Watching the excellent teamwork between them reminded us once again that the true excellence of DusitThani comes from the sincere hearts of its staff.

The hotel is worth the price. The service and food are excellent as well as pool. I recommend this hotel for an unforgettable holiday.

We had a great stay overall, thanks to the stunning ocean views, and excellent service. Our Lanai room had a noticeable musty odor, but the staff responded quickly and helped us find a comfortable room that was fresh and clean. All of the hotel services were good, but Pandy truly stood out. She was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, helping with room changes, booking transportation, and answering all of our questions with care. Despite the initial room issue, the ocean views and attentive service made this a very enjoyable stay.
