The Bellevue Hotel

My first impression of the Bellevue was the parking attendant, .Mr. Abdurrahman Mason, he was very courteous and knowledgeable of the hotel the surrounding area and the parking process. Thank you for have a professional parking attendant yo assist us with our business meeting this morning, Mason is truly an asset to customer service today.

I had an amazing experience and great customer service while staying here. The staff knew us by name on the first day. I selected the hotel based on the excellent reviews and I’m so glad I made that choice. Even though parts of The Bellevue are still under renovation, it was extremely beautiful and functional. My daughter left her AirPods at the hotel and realized it at the airport. I called Coco and she immediately found them in our room and shipped them to us. Ask for Coco at the front desk, bellhops Amir and David and server Caesar at The Pergola Restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.

Great stay ... friendly staff....Would recommend anytime........Building work is happening which prevented to see the beautiful dome on the top....large spacious rooms...they provided microwave to.room.when requested one..provided free drinks ..would have ..a free gift for the kid...overall made our stay great with amazing hospitality

Excellent customer service and the hotel has been redone and is beautiful hotel. The location is great and we enjoyed walking around to get food. Would recommend the breakfast at the hotel, it’s expensive but very high quality. My family wants to go back soon.

The best hotel in Center City Philadelphia. Loved my recent stay. Rooms were clean and nice. Added bonus of being able to use the Sporting Club next door which is an amazing gym. Sauna and Cold plunge are top notch. Can’t beat the location. 10/10
