Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia

Rachel was great. She resolved all of our requests and answered our questions. Beautiful rooms with great views of Old City. Good in-house restaurant. The complimentary coffee in the morning was good. Great experience and we will book again for our next Philly trip.

Chic but casual. Excellent location and best of all excellent staff & service which you don’t find very often these days. From James C. who warmly greeted us upon arrival and promptly and professionally escorted us and our luggage to our room to Ashley, Roshid and Darnell that we encountered at check-in, even extending to the warm hospitality that we received from our waitress Janaye at the Red Owl Tavern all helped to create a exceptional and memorable trip. We will certainly be back. Thank you all for your great show of hospitality.

The staff was very accommodating upon check-in. Sage the bellman was quick to unload and bring our suitcases up to the room and the front desk and engineers (maintenance) had our TV, which needed a reset, up and running in less than 10 minutes from when I called them.

Picked the spot actually driving because it looked so beautiful. Perfect as soon as we pulled up to valet. Sage Sage Sage, if you can’t find ask for him he helped us with our bags but being local and so kind he gave us the best advice. From food to drink to entertainment. He instantly made everything better and I hadn’t even stepped in the doors. The hotel is amazing. Love it! And Sage!

The reception staff are great! Offering to carry bags or suggest a few great places to eat. They are happy to help. My bed was amazing and I slept great. Everything is clean and cozy. Be sure to take advantage of their amenities!! I stay here twice a year on business trips.
