extremely rude front desk and security. do not book here. lobby is not clean. extremely loud guests and music is not soothing. the large plasma TV is very stimulating and not good for relaxation. overall, very negative environment and horrible experience.

The main issue is the noise. The doors slam themselves shut, and the rooms offer little insulation from the noise and the vibrations. With wedding parties all night and guests coming and going from their rooms, it just wasn't possible to sleep – which defeats the hotel's main purpose. A secondary issue is that the room has a sickly sweet chemical smell. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and the location is convenient.

Stay away from this hotel!!! Not only they have bad customer service, long & messy check-in process & I lost one of my airpod pro, they lie about their facilities! My son was super sad. We were so disappointed with everything that I decided to change hotels during our last day. After the stay, I even emailed the hotel manager Simone White (they gave me this email address for complaints). But for a whole month, I didn't receive a reply. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a misleading advertisement related to my recent stay at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel. Before booking my stay 11/30-12/1, I relied on information available on Google and TripAdvisor, which indicated that your property includes a pool. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, I was informed by the front desk that no pool is available. This inconsistency was especially disappointing for my son, who had excitedly changed into his swimsuit and eagerly went to the 5th floor, as the elevator signage stated "Fitness Center/Pools." To then learn from the front desk that no pool exists was a significant letdown for him and for us as a family. I have attached misleading advertisements, including screenshots from online platforms and the photo of the elevator signage, to this email. I kindly request an explanation and a resolution for this issue, as it affected our overall experience. Please let me know how this matter will be addressed. I look forward to your prompt response.

The highlights of our brief stay in Philadelphia included the staff. We received excellent service from the front desk, the valet service, the bellhops, and the bar. We loved our room. It was spotless and well lit. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved the shower head. The Lowe's is in an excellent location, convenient to City Hall. the holiday market, and Reading Terminal Market. I would absolutely use this hotel again. I would definitely return

I stayed at the Loews Philadelphia from 12/8/24 to 12/11/24 in room 2312, and I had a truly terrible experience. Initially, management seemed to take my report of being bitten by bed bugs seriously, which gave me some hope. However, as time passed, it became clear that little action was being taken. Today, I received a call from someone who happily informed me that my room was totally "bed bug free" after their "third-party inspection company" confirmed it. So what bit me in your hotel? Here's the issue: I now have almost 20 bites on my body, with new ones appearing daily. Multiple other colleagues have reported being bitten to the hotel and they don't seem to care. The first of my bites started showing up after my second night at the hotel, and the bites have only continued to surface over the past few days. I literally woke up on Wednesday morning scratching my arm raw from being bitten. The lack of urgency and proper care in handling this issue is alarming. It is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable to have such an experience at a hotel of this caliber. Over $300 per night to not be taken seriously when you report something like this to management. I would strongly advise against staying here. BEWARE of bed bugs – they are clearly not taking this problem seriously enough. Disgusting. Do not recommend.
