Philadelphia has an old-world charm, yet there’s nothing old-fashioned about our hotel’s stunning guestrooms. That’s because they’re sleek and modern without ever feeling cold.

Had a wonderful night at the Lowe’s celebrating my friend’s birthday. Cameron at the concierge desk was PHENOMENAL. She executed everything perfectly, communication was excellent, and efficient. There were no surprises in billing, and she prepared everything I requested including a gorgeous room upgrade. Her suggestions for elevating the experience were fantastic. She’s a gem. Our room was stunning, gorgeous views of City Hall and Center City. Clean furniture and bedding. Bathroom & bedroom lighting was excellent. Ice is conveniently available down the hall. We enjoyed cocktails & dinner at the bar. Friendly, attentive staff and delicious food & drink. Location is excellent. Directly in the center of the city close and walkable to everything. Smooth check-in and valet experience as well. Can’t thank the team enough for an incredible experience. Looking forward to coming back soon and exploring other Loews properties in the future.

I was here for a conference. The conference rooms were perfect. The hotel room was roomy and had enough outlets. The desk personnel were very helpful m. Like most larger hotel’s housekeeping was slower than most hotels. Even with a conference rate it was pricey, but the location to midtown was beneficial.

Once we got our room it was a good experience: large room but on floor 9 and could hear a lot of street noise at night so maybe a higher room if that’s an issue for you. Close to all the sights, bars etc. check in was a nightmare as too many functions taking place and not enough staff: told we would have a room that night for but they said they could not say when : after a long haul flight and checking in 2hrs after their check in time this was very poor. Shakira was the best and most helpful of the lot !!! Thank you Shakira!! We did also get an apology the next day and reduced first night cost.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were excellent. Great view from our room on the 31st floor. Everything was updated despite it being an old hotel. It had that old hotel feel and atmosphere but not old hotel features. Only negatives were food service. Very busy coffee shop - and only ONE coffee option in the mornings. No option for dark roast, medium roast, light roast. Seriously? It's a very busy place so one would think there would be options. The breakfast sandwich was horrible - we tossed it in the trash after two bites. We only had breakfast in the restaurant our last day. We were going to order from the menu but our server was so slow and inattentive we finally got up and got the buffet which was twice as much as ordering from the menu. The breakfast buffet was good but at $32/per person it's way overpriced (sadly most are this way). There are probably better and cheaper options away from the hotel.

Excellent location approximately five minutes from the convention center, and in the heart of downtown. Large modern rooms, spacious modern bathrooms. Nice bar and restaurants downstairs off the lobby. Prompt check-in service and they even have a spa.
