This sophisticated downtown hotel is conveniently situated near the Kimmel Center and Rodin Museum. Delight in the architectural highlights of the hotel, such as a geometric lobby floor design inspired by Shaker quilts and crafted from seven types of stone.

Excellent stay for Philadelphia Marathon. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was great with a comfortable bed, shower, tub and luxurious amenities.

I did not stay overnight, but attended a 3-day conference. The hotel was immaculate and beautiful and the meeting rooms were well-equipped for our groups needs. The service staff was also very attentive, yet unobtrusive. Would definitely recommend Sofitel to anyone looking to host a business affair.

This was my wife and my 2nd time. We had a great time and will be coming back. We had a business meeting the next morning and we suggested that our guests meet us for breakfast, as we told our friends you had a "Killer Buffet" My wife and one guest had the buffet and it was wonderful. The other guest and I ordered Eggs Benedict from the menu. It was the most miserable eggs Benedict I had ever had, a few small pieces of dry ham on burnt with two eggs not separated, without any Hollandaise sauce. I write this because we Love your hotel and the staff is kind and helpful, They make us feel at home.and welcomed. We will be back. Next time I'll stick with the Buffet. I hop[e this helps.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are lovely. We asked for a view on a high floor and replaced on the 12th floor, but the view was of rooftops of buildings that are not lit up at night. I also loved the bar, but it needs to be more women friendly. There is nowhere to hang my purse while sitting at the bar so I had to keep it on my lap and it kept falling down. Hooks should be placed below the bar for women to hang their purses. Aside from those two things everything was wonderful.

The staff at the Sofitel Philadelphia are uniformly welcoming, accommodating and engaging. Janessa (front desk) and Ivan (concierge) have distinguished themselves above and beyond their already wonderful colleagues. The most recent example of their bespoke service is their purchasing me a memory foam pillow for my stay and storing it for my frequent returns. I slept more deeply this most recent trip and I anticipate our return visits.

Lovely hotel.

Thank you so much for the great rates with extras like breakfast. My traveling companion is receiving cancer treatment and needs to eat breakfast, which was included with our stay at the Sofitel in Philadelphia on your site. Their staff was great, they provided a refrigerator for us to use in the room which was an added extra. I talked to the front desk before I left and told them how helpful their consigner was and how we enjoyed our conversations with him. Ivan provided some excellent dining options for us which worked well for us.
I have talked to several of my friends about using Luxury Link and hope they will find it to be their go to site. This is the first time I’ve used your services and will definitely check your site before booking any other hotels. This is the first time that any 3rd party site has offered better rates than the hotel themselves. I had my doubts, but when you showed your BBB rating, I decided to take the chance and I’m so pleased that I did. Thank you for making our stay at the Sofitel Philadelphia exceptional.
