Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra

Used the Italian restaurant. Sat outside overlooking the pool & setting was perfect. Food was good with a lot of choice on the menu. Wine list was extensive. Service was superb, we were looked after by Sophieaktra who was very attentive, friendly and efficient

The staff at the Sofitel were excellent. From the minute we arrived at the hotel we felt welcomed and taken care of. Throughout my many interactions during my stay I encountered professional, helpful, and friendly employees. At breakfast Thida and SeangHeng were both attentive and polite. They started off my day with a smile and helpful information about the city. I visited the pool several times and my server Sarat was amazing. Sarat helped our group as we settled in with food and beverages and always with a positive attitude and a smile. It was great to sit by the pool and relax and have some tasty food and drinks. Rihc, our waiter at dinner was very accommodating. We had a larger group and he was very attentive to our requests and made our meal delightful. The helpful and friendly staff definitely made my visit most enjoyable. I hope to come back another time. Thank you!

Best facility, Flawless customer service. My first pick in Cambodia Also I really enjoyed a variety of dining experiences there. They have superb Italian, Japanese and Chinese quisine. Good location as well. You can visit a mall next the hotel and it is also very close to city center and riverside.
