This place is a rip off. Visited for a spa day and was overcharged $88 in tips. Tried to dispute it and the hotel misrepresented the charges to my credit card company. Avoid this place. It’s a rip off.

Highly recommend this resort for a romantic getaway. We are locals and have enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at Royal Palms many times. We love the super relaxing vibe, beautiful grounds, excellent service, and delicious food at T Cooks. This year was our first time back here in several years and we were stunned that the resort fee does not including parking !! Combined, the resort & parking fees added an extra ninety dollars per day to our stay!!

Royal Palms never fails. Service starts the minute you arrive in front circle and continues in check in, food and beverage, spa, and room service. You cannot go wrong with this boutique sized hidden away resort. I would say that they are nearing a need for room renovations, but the rooms remain true to the style and clean. The place they could improve is to better outfit the patios with better furniture to lounge/sit on. The grounds are so beautiful, but the table and chairs don't warrant a long sit. That said, I give Royal Palms a consistent ( past 15 years visiting) 5/5*.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful clean rooms, beautiful atmosphere. It was my first time in Arizona, I rented a bike which was complimentarily provided and the views of the mountains were incredible. The pool hot tub and 2 story gym were lovely as well. I loved that they were open 24/7 so I was able to go for a nighttime swim. The concierge was incredibly kind and responsive. The spa soaps that were provided in the room smelled delightful. We got the suite with the soaking tub so I ws able to take a bubble bath that was incrediblely relaxing. They had a free shuttle drop of to the mall so we were able to spend the day shopping with ease. We did the mixology course that was provided and it was very informative. We ate at the on site resturant t cooks 3 times and the tacos on the brunch menu were especially good and well as the cinamon roll. my favorite drink on the menu is "the influencer" I would definitely recommend and we will most definitely be back

We booked the 4-night package on Luxury Link and it was well worth it. The package was an amazing value! My wife and I spent four days there and wish we could have spent a few more. The food at T. Cook's was the best I have had in a while. The menu also offered a local-products-only meal, which was terrific. The spa was very nice and we fully enjoyed each of our treatments. The rest of the time was spent laying by the pool, shopping in the Scottsdale mall, and playing golf. I would recommend Royal Palms Resort and Spa to any and all.
