Luxury stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We travelled as an adult Multi Generational Family group traveling around Thailand. This hotel stay was our last and complete luxury for us. We had the 4 bed villa right on the end of the complex. Firstly we arrived early so got arrival drinks and cool towels while we waited to see when we coudl check in. We were a couple of hours early so we opted to go for a walk and then come back for 15:00. We did this and our room still was not ready, so we were given a bottle of sparking wine and a canape selection as an apology in the lounge of the villa, while they finished. The villa OMG is so impressive... it has a ground floor bedroom and ensuite off the main lounge. Then a downstairs toilet. The lounge and TV area is impressive, with a huge kitchen you exit onto the decking area which has 2 bedrooms one either side. The decking furniture is lovely and comfortable. The pool and a day bed seperate the bedrooms. Both lovely rooms. Bathrooms and dressing areas spacious with excellent toiletries. Robes, beach bags, slippers all provided. The views are outstanding, right out onto the pool and beach. There is a lovely garden with sunbeds, (no parasols but if you wanted them I am sure you could get one) .. the beach beds were two and a parasol, again, if you wanted more you could ask ... there were also beach bean bags we noticed too. We were staying for 4 days and we had breakfast included. This was a lovely selection of healthy options, English breakfast hot options, pancakes etc you chose from a menu, freshly cooked, plus a great buffet with Thai options, continental and cereals, cakes, pastries, juices, yoghurts, and a honeycomb.. it was fabulous. Happy Hour at the bar was every day, and we stayed for this most days, although not all cocktails are on this menu we found out after the first day! The hotel has a spa, a gym and communal pool. They are really pushing their exclusive Vegan restaurant which you have to book, but we didn't see anyone in there. We didn't use the spa, hubby used the gym which had water and towels pretty standard. There is a boutique shop for gifts etc too. The best part of our stay was our Butler Gary, and Yacht our waiter. They were just amazing. We didnt need Gary for anything but he was a phone call or message away. He always checked in on us and he would make sure we had the best tables, the fastest service etc. We didn't eat in the restaurant we went out so we cannot comment on the food, but we got a 2,000THB credit for use during our stay and chose to use it on drinks. Cocoloco a dance festival was in town, and there were lots of blacked out SUV's and I am sure famous DJ's around but we didnt know who they were so its worth checking the time you go to see if there is any events on. There are some boujee hotels and cafe bars along the road - worth a look. We had a thai massage on our last day at the beach ladies, and they were fantastic... bit more pricey than in Phuket itself but we felt it was worth it to be on the beach! 7/11 is quite a trek so if you do need anything take it with you! There is not really any supermarkets nearby. Natai itself is the very best beach we went to and it was a purely luxury stay for us, which was pricey but worth it! A great experience and if we ever returned we would defo stay here again purse strings allowing!

Must stay resort.

Fantastic resort on a beautiful beach. It’s away from the town but this makes it quiet. There are a couple of local shops nearby to grab a few essentials or a coffee. Great staff, they were so friendly and polite, very efficient and remembered the guests names and favourite foods or beverages. The wonderfully private villas had all the essentials and were presented well. The high quality food was always fresh and changed menus regularly. The resort had well maintained facilities and beach spaces. They helped make a milestone birthday extra special.

Good view, bad service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

You have to know the hotel has the second part of the area behind the road (street). I haven’t been to Aleenta for a long time and it was a bad surprise for me. It looks like you live in one hotel and go to breakfast, swimming pool, fitness, restaurants to other hotel. There is no information about this. The food at dinner was not tasty. I ordered Tom Yam and som tum, don’t order this. I expected something different, food on the street is much cheaper and tastier. Villa (grand deluxe pool) was nice, no questions. The place is really wonderful. Another thing with the credit card. when you check in, they take your card, go to another room, and say that this is your guarantee. That’s not only authorization, they make a copy of your card and what they will do with it and who they will give it to is unclear. I don't know what to think

Great Hotel

Grand Deluxe Pool Villa - 7 nights. We were arriving a day late due to bad weather flight cancellations, I informed the hotel and they credited the day rate for the missed day to our account which we used for meals and drinks, a nice little unexpected bonus. We had done our research and knew the hotel location was isolated and the pool villa we booked was across the road from the main buildings, so no surprises there. The pool villa was excellent and in great condition, we also thought the restaurant was good value for money. The have great drinks happy hour and the guys on the beach make sure you get served promptly, as well as supplying you with iced water all day on the beach. The beach is one of the best beaches we have come across in our travels, great for long beach walks and great sea conditions. Although quiet we have a great stay.

Perfect place to unwind

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

This is the perfect place to unwind and spend a whole day staring at the beach. It's ideal for couples, offering a nice, quiet atmosphere that feels remote yet inviting. I loved the yoga sessions and the beachfront restaurant—definitely great value for money!
