Aleenta Resort & Spa Phuket

I had high expectations for this resort, given its affiliation with The Leading Hotels of the World, but unfortunately, the service fell short. Upon check-in, the staff seemed confused and struggled to assign our party of five to the correct rooms. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, spacious rooms, and a serene beachfront location. The spa was outstanding—hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. However, the service left much to be desired. Dining at The Edge was mediocre—the food was decent but not memorable, and service was painfully slow. Room service was a disaster, taking over an hour to arrive and frequently arriving incorrect or incomplete. At checkout, there was no assistance with our luggage, which was surprising for a luxury resort. The saving grace was the resort manager, Kanchalika Meesuk, who genuinely listened to our concerns and acknowledged the shortcomings at checkout. While I appreciate his attentiveness, I hope the resort takes meaningful steps to improve staff training, food quality, order accuracy, and service efficiency. For the price and reputation, I expected far better. If these issues are addressed, this resort has the potential to truly live up to its “Leading Hotels” status.

Upon entering the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is tranquil, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy. Initially, we did not purchase the all-inclusive package, but we really wanted to enjoy the spa services. The staff suggested that we join their all-inclusive package, which not only includes dining (except for steak) but also one hour of spa service for just an additional 3,500 THB per person. They also informed us that since we have a night flight, we could opt for a late check-out. After check-out, we could still use the pool and beach facilities, as well as the spa's showers. Every staff member at the hotel provided attentive service. For instance, since we did not have a reservation for dinner, we couldn't sit close to the beach, but a staff member suggested we could dine on the sofas on the beach, creating a wonderful dining environment. As it got dark, one of the waitresses even used her own phone as a light to illuminate our entire dining table. Overall, it was truly a wonderful experience, and my family and I were very satisfied. I highly recommend choosing the all-inclusive package; it will definitely meet your expectations.

Only 30 minutes from Phuket Airport, the hotel offers a shuttle service at a reasonable price. The car is new and clean, and the driver is very helpful and polite. Impressed from the first day until the day I returned. - The room is more beautiful than in the picture. The facilities in the room are very good. The TV may be a bit small, but I still don't watch it. It is soundproof, private, high ceiling, and the bed and pillows are very good. I don't have back pain at all. I usually have a lot of problems with sleeping if I change to an unfamiliar mattress, but it feels like home. It is comfortable according to my own standards. In terms of sleeping, I would like to give 8 stars. - The hotel has a quiet maintenance. If there is anything broken, they will fix it quietly. 😁 I saw that it was repaired, but there was no noise. It's okay. The faucet in the bathtub is broken. I informed the staff and they took time to fix it quickly and it worked normally. It is understandable that something is broken, but the quick problem-solving is impressive. - All the staff are attentive to details throughout the stay. The beach staff in blue shirts and all the staff in white front desk uniforms are positive and energetic all day. They are interested in helping and providing us with happiness and comfort. - The breakfast is delicious, healthy and varied. The dinner is also delicious. If you ask for something more, there is no word "no". -The beach is very clean and quiet. Most of the guests are middle-aged and above, families, lovers, close friends, not many children, which is great. You can dress sexy without being embarrassed. -What I like the most is that when you come to visit, you feel warm and at home. You want to come back again and again. Please keep the excellent service standards like this. You are very good.

Excellent resort far from action, very serene and greatfood and service. Spa was gorgeous. Could use some activity choices on beach example Kayaks , standup boards , beach was pristine Light music on the grounds as well as the beach needed.

My husband and I stayed at Aleenta Phuket from December 2024 to January 2025. We had a great time at the New Year countdown party on the beautiful beach. As many guests have mentioned, the beauty of the beach, the excellent hospitality of the butlers and all the other staff, and the high-quality spa services are significant features of Aleenta. Most of all, I want to emphasize that there are no major hotels in the area, so it feels very private for only Aleenta guests, and there is no noisy background music, so you can have a tranquil and relaxing time. It's the perfect place for those who prefer private healing time.
