Amatara Wellness Resort

We spent our honeymoon at this resort and it was a blast! We had a great room, courteous service and a peaceful experience. This resort is great for wellness, relaxation and incredible views. We definitely recommend it to anyone looking to spend their honeymoon or any other vacation in Phuket!

My husband and I stayed in Amatara for our honeymoon for 9 nights. It was everything we needed it to be- relaxing, scenic, great service, a variety of choices for breakfast every morning and the rest of the amenities made the trip one that we will look back on fondly for our years to come.

This was the perfect ending to our trip! We spent our last six nights in Thailand at this hotel, which was truly the most serene and luxurious accommodation we have ever experienced. The service was exceptional, the views were unparalleled, and both breakfast and dinner were delightful. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff with a refreshing cold towel and a delicious iced tea, received a room upgrade, and were provided with a schedule of activities, some of which were complimentary. After checking into our beautiful room, we toured the hotel. We used the gym daily, which had an excellent selection of equipment, allowing us to maintain our regular workout routine without any disruption. We also enjoyed the tennis court, swam in both pools frequently, and indulged in the most amazing cocktails and coconut water each day. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from a 7-Eleven and several other restaurants; however, the hotel was so wonderful that we didn't feel the need to leave much, as it offered everything we could want. We even ordered room service one night as we just wanted to sit in our rooms and enjoy the hotel room, and the food was perfect. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional. I genuinely have no reservations about this hotel. Thank you for providing such an incredible stay! We cannot wait to come back!

An amazing hotel with spectacular views of the sea . The staff were all friendly and welcoming . Our room overlooked the pool area and was fabulous , a big comfy bed , separate dressing area , seating area , a deep bath with a view outside and spacious balcony . The hotel site is big and spread over different levels , so do make use of the hotel buggies to take you around . There are 3 or 4 restaurants all offering different menus , unfortunately you need to log onto website to access the menus , it would have been nice to access in the room. The restaurant in the wellness area , was amazing, lots of vegetarian options as well as fish . Breakfast was good , lots of options , cooked items , noodles , egg station , salads fruits etc . We loved it here, a very relaxing stay . There are lots of local restaurants nearby and phuket old Town is around 25 mins away by taxi , well worth a visit . Would definitely recommend this amazing hotel and we will be returning

Amatara Welleisure Resort provided myself and my husband with a first class experience from the minute we arrived till the minute we left. Every detail was of the highest quality from the facilities, the service, our pavilion suite, the spa, fitness and restaurants. Everything was very superior and we really felt like we had a truly special experience over the two weeks we stayed. Beautiful surroundings and a private beach really enhanced our stay. The staff were particularly impressive in the level of service they provided from check in to room services and accessibility of buggy transport whenever required to move around and in and out of the resort. A special mention to our pavilion housekeeper Pan who managed and cleaned our room to perfection every day. Anyone who books this resort will not be disappointed and wile very much plan on a return visit.
