Amatara Wellness Resort

Everything was excellent. Spacous rooms with 5+* ameninities. Soft high quality slippers and robes, feather duvets and pillows, white big towels, even a beach bag in the closet. Windows have electric curtains to easily make room dark or light without getting up from bed. Even drinks are complimentary in the mini bar and refilled daily. Extremely helpful and nice staff, thank you all, especially Jasper and Audi. Golf cart shuttles to the gate or around the resort are very helpful. Big library of books to loan if you run out of material. Very good food and happy hours are a nice touch. Many restaurants and culinary for everyone. The resort itself is very pretty, clean and quiet. Everything is very well maintained. Pool areas have complimentary pool towels and lemon water. On hot days staff hands out chilled towels which was very welcoming. Tennis court being free of charge and having a tennis wall was a great surprise. Daily activities range and are a good workout or tasty experiences. Also private beach has paddle boards and kayaks for leisure workout.

We have stayed at Amatara many times over the past two years and call Amatara our second home and this is not just because the resort is beautiful, but because of the incredible staff who work here. Every staff member is kind, polite and genuinely helpful. They are fun, welcoming, and always make us feel at home. A big thank-you to everyone at breakfast for taking such good care of us and preparing fresh food every day; to the lovely and helpful girls at check-in, always so helpful and ready for a laugh; to the great team behind the bar who always do their best; to the gym staff who are endlessly supportive , the nice guards with their great smiles and of course the cleaners, gardeners, spa team, managers and everyone else who makes this place so special. We love the greenery, the space and the beautiful large pool. We truly hope to return soon as gym members and we look forward to seeing you all again. Thanks so much!

Amatara is absolutely stunning! I booked the wellness program and everything was covered for a very reasonable price: multiple spa treatments per day, three delicious/organic meals, and near beach villa. It was a true luxury to read, listen to the breeze, relax at the spa, take all the yoga and fitness classes, and completely decompress. Highly recommended if you want to wind down and recharge. I’ll be back next year! I especially wanted to complement the spa team: Fon, Ed, Pinky, and Tum were extremely accommodating and attentive, and made every element of the spa special. I’ll be dreaming about the Thai massage and Hammam bath. The villa was also spacious and clean, with great linens and daily service. Pan was a perfect housekeeper and she was kind to replace linens and check on me. The pool was picturesque. Enjoy your stay! Beware: traffic to and the airport is slow, so pack your patience.

Perfect ! Super nice hotel with everything that you could dream of. The staff is really taking care of details. The view of the rooms are amazing. The location of the hotel is nice. You are in a bay and sea without too much tourists and they are a lot of local restaurants in the neighbourhood.

We had another wonderful stay at the Amatara Hotel – this was already our second visit! We especially want to highlight Cha and her friends – they were absolutely perfect. Always friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made us feel welcome and well taken care of at all times. Our room attendant Anne and her friends also did an excellent job. They performed their work perfectly every day, sometimes twice a day :)) , keeping our room clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we had another fantastic time at the Amatara Hotel. We will definitely be coming back again next year! Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service!
