Amatara Wellness Resort

We really enjoyed our stay at the Amatara. We particularly liked the beach in the small bay. We spent very nice and quiet days here. A highlight was the private romantic dinner on the beach, which Mr. Dune, Mr. Sau and Mr. Sun prepared wonderfully for us! Mr. Sun did an excellent job of guiding us through this unforgettable evening. Many thanks to the friendly staff at Amatara

Amazing place to stay what a wonderful place! So much to do can kayak and paddle board in the sea at there beach as a complementary thing to do from the hotel. Made so many great memories that will last a lifetime, amazing breakfast and food was great!!

What an amazing place to stay, so peaceful and relaxing just what we needed for our stop over to New Zealand! So much to do pool was amazing and food was unbelievable. Made so many great memories and for sure will be back in the near future. No1 Phuket hotel!!!

My wife and I have just returned from an 11 night stay at the Amatara resort, and we lovely every second! From the arrival into reception with the view, to the room overlooking the bay, to the infinity pool with a view of the sea, the stay was fantastic and will definitely be returning. The resort was immaculate - everything very clean and well thought out. We arrived at 8am due to our flight, and the resort offered us a temporary room with some beds and a bathroom to settle in, have a bit of a rest and shower, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was lovely - lots of options and enjoyed everything that was tried, and again beautiful views overlooking the sea. The room was large, with a lovely and clean bathroom, small lounge, a balcony, and black out blinds. The room was cleaned daily and didn’t interfere with our plans at all. The pool was superb - we spent a lot of our time here because it was so nice. The pool bar offered great cocktails and lovely food. The staff throughout were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They offer a buggy service to get you down to the main road and back up to your room which was ideal. We ate out most evenings in Cape Panwa (5 minute walk once you get a buggy down to the road), but ate at the Sun and Moon rooftop bar by the pool one evening which was a beautiful location and the food was delicious! We didn’t spend much time on the beach - we’d have liked to make use of the free water sport offerings (kayaks and paddle boards), however we had red flags most days so couldn’t. However the beach itself is beautiful, with good amount of shade and sun, sun lounges and a small beach bar. The only minor comment/suggestion we have was that we felt in the evenings it would be nice to have some live music/entertainment. Other than that we couldn’t fault our stay at all - absolutely loved it and would recommend to anyone going to Phuket/Cape Panwa.

Absolut fantastic service all the time. At the beach area the bar keeper „ Sun“ is always very polite and really cares about his quest. The fruit shoots are a must! Always friendly polite and service at its best. I would always recommend to go there!
