“I loved the warm welcome with a smile every morning at the entrance of the breakfast restaurants The breakfast options were excellent, and the service team, led by a young and attentive manager, consistently checked on the food and coffee quality, showing a genuine effort to improve. I was especially impressed by the care of the DFB, who greeted me by name—it was such a thoughtful touch and truly surprised me. The level of attention and care exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the delightful family breakfast experience.”

Newly, a year ago, the hotel was completely renovated. The only hotel with a new interior on the first line in Bang Tao. Own beach area and good beach. There are plenty of cheap small open-air dining and massage places in the neighbourhood on the beach. There is also a pancake maker and a fruit seller next to the hotel's beach. You can order various fancy alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails from the hotel's beach club and you can also eat there (at European prices). Breakfast is good, but could be with more choices. There is a small supermarket opposite the hotel. The air conditioning worked quietly. We visited almost all the hotels on the first line of Bang Tao beach and many old hotels have nice courtyards with lush vegetation, but both the pools and the interiors were very worn out. We thought this hotel was the best choice. Room cleaning is not the best. Every time the towels were changed, some towels were missing. The floor is dirty because it is not washed or even vacuumed - the cleaner only uses a broom to clean the floor. The beach is quite narrow considering the size of the hotel and half of it is at the disposal of the paid beach club. There are a few customers in the paid beach club, but the free beach area is very crowded. Sun loungers cannot be officially reserved, but when you come to the beach at 09:00 there are few people on the beach, but at least half of the sun loungers are already reserved with towels and some of those who book sun loungers in the morning only come to the beach in the afternoon. There could also be more vegetation in the courtyard area.

Good place to stay with a good views they’ve very nice swimming pool , and the beach very clean good weather on high season , great service staff very friendly and so welcoming with nice smiles , I’ll be back again for sure for summer next year, highly recommended.

My stay at the hotel with my family was truly memorable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care we received, especially from DFB Thep. Every morning, he made us feel warmly welcomed. Having a little boy with us, it was such a relief that he took great care of my son’s food, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful cup of hot coffee. DFB Thep’s attention didn’t stop there—he would thoughtfully check on our lunch and dinner plans, making sure we were always well cared for. His genuine kindness made us feel like part of the family. I will definitely return to this hotel when I visit Phuket again, and I look forward to seeing DFB Thep and experiencing the same outstanding hospitality.

Good evening! Now I stay room 1210,it’s terrible service like 3* hotel ;(( 🥹I call reception about cleaning,go to Spa but came back room is not clean , ( people in hotel dont want do nothing ,no speack English ,Russian meneger Vera tell me it’s okey cleaning can came till 6 😳 Long check-in, we waited from 10 a.m. to 3:30 a.m.; creaking mattresses, a bed that rolls away from the wall, uncomfortable pillows and dirty towels on the beach , spoiled vacation I do not advise anyone;(
