Adult Pool bar O was amazing. His service was the best I have experienced in a long time. spa managers spy and Noree were also absolutely fantastic. All the Receptionist were extremely helpful and diligent. We are definitely coming back and will be telling all our friends

Rare position in Phuket. Green every where. Amazing staff and environnement . Direct access to the beach (so difficult in Phuket). We feel so well in this hotel.

Lovely spacious room and balcony . Staff ere helpful and friendly . Food was good and pricy . The spa as fabulous!!! How relaxed we were after . !! Fabulous wedding area . Great to catch up with family and friends . Booking day trips at the hotel with Ms Pawn was a Real treat . Would love to visit again .

We stayed here for 5 days as part of a 14 day trip to Thailand. The hotel was first class, the grounds and facilities were amazing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

I was invited to attend the Christmas tree lighting ceremony at the restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The space was beautifully decorated with stunning lights, creating a festive atmosphere. Food and beverages were also provided, which added to the delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive and professional. However, I noticed some guests insisting that staff serve only the portions they preferred, despite not having paid for the event. This behavior was unfair, as the staff should not have to deal with such unreasonable demands. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable event with commendable service.
