COMO Point Yamu

This is our 5th time back at COMO Point Yamu, and every visit has felt like a return to a special sanctuary. The property has remained beautifully well-maintained over the years, offering the same peaceful and luxurious experience we initially fell in love with. A highlight was reconnecting with staff members Sinna (La Sirena) and Jaeb (Nahmyaa), who remembered us from our wedding in 2015. It was such a touching moment, especially now that our daughter is with us—making it even more meaningful to catch up and reminisce. COMO Point Yamu continues to be a place that holds so many wonderful memories, and we can’t wait for our next visit.

Fantastic stay at the Como with the family. It was our ten year anniversary and the team went above and beyond surprising us with small touches during our stay like petals in bath and flowers. Food and spa was outstanding, consistent with other Como hotels in Bali. We had the room with the pool which was amazing. The room pictures don’t do the hotel justice. The rooms and balcony are much bigger than in the photos with lots of space. The decor throughout the hotel is stunning. The pool is also huge and great pool side food and drink service. The kids club staff were great, kids didn’t want to leave. Stand out staff members who looked after us include Ann, Koh, Miu, Kai, Gift, wa, James, Boom and Ao. The location is great for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket. We did a day trip out to phi phi island that the concierge arranged for us which is a lot faster from this hotel then from hotels on the other side of the province. We paired the Como with the a hotel on the other side to get two different experiences and that worked well for us. Overall fantastic experience.

Just amazing. Everything from check-in to check-out went so nice. Probably the best service we have ever had anywhere. Only negative thing was that the spa prices were stunning so we didn't use it at all. Could be that the experience there is worth the price. The complimentary yoga classes were perfect. Also the room was always super clean.

Wow wow wow!!! We did not expect to be so blown away by this property. We stayed in the Como Suite which was just amazing. Absoloutely huge and perfect for a family with two teenagers. Everything about this place blew me away, the views (never seen anything like it). The service (every single person was kind, friendly and attentive) , the food (we ate in all of the restaurants and also had room service - everything was fresh and delicious - yum!), the cleanliness (could not have sparkled anymore!), the comfort (from the sun loungers to the day beds - perfect), the spa (beautiful light and airy and the team give the best treatments - thank you), the pools (huge, clean and with the most idyllic views) - everything was fantastic! We stayed for 3 nights and could not bring ourselves to leave the resort - we didn't want to miss a second. Thank you!! (Gutted we did eventually leave as we went to the JW Marriott after our stay to spend some time on a beach for 3 nights before leaving the island - we had the total opposite experience - do not stay at the JW, they have no idea what luxury is and need to come and learn from the Como!)

Excellent in every respect - staff, breakfast, comfort and views. Spa is sensational. Location was a plus for us, a real opportunity to unplug. We were happy to engage a driver when we wanted to dine elsewhere and found it easy to move around the island at will. I would certainly come back here and hope that I do. I am eager to explore other Como hotels based upon the excellence demonstrated at the lovely Port Yamu. Many thanks to all the staff who contributed to making our holiday such a delight.
