Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket

Another amazing stay at the Dusit. Beautiful, clean rooms. Amazing beach and cool little beach bars. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their face… This is my favourite hotel in Thailand - we will be back! Thank you 🙏🏻

Beautiful property and pool, lovely beach, comfortable room, lovely breakfast, gentle wonderful staff, all excellent. Affection and appreciation from both of us to the manager for providing such a happy place. We made the long journey to here, and were completely delighted.

I had my wedding at the hotel and the staff were amazing from start to finish with helping organize the wedding, made the process easier for us. Num, Mintra and Kater were amazing to work with and helped make the day so much more special. What they offer for the wedding package is great value for a wedding. I recommend this place for anyone looking to book a destination wedding or just for staying while on holiday.

Friendly staff, warm welcome and spotless rooms. Whist we stayed here renovations were ongoing, however, this did not impact anything at all. Everything as advertised, in fact, more than advertised as staff were so nice which always makes a difference. They had been informed we were travelling with a young adult with Autism and checked on arrival if there was anything they could do to support us during our stay. The direct access to the beach was great, the pool was family friendly with different water levels to accommodate all needs and the grounds were stunning. During breakfast there had been a mix up with labels on food that could of potentially caused a serious medical condition to be triggered, but once pointed out they resolved it within seconds. We had a birthday celebration during our stay and were greeted with a beautiful message on arrival along with fresh fruit and later on in the day a bottle of wine. We had a late flight out so the offer of a late checkout was much appreciated. Great location, great staff, fantastic service, all in all a perfect family choice. Highly recommend.

We have visited the Dusit since 2010 The position in bangTao on the beach is unsurpassed. The grounds are lush and spread out You do feel people on top of you at all It’s the staff under the watchful eye of Samir General manager, that nothing is left to chance I have travelled for over 45 years very regularly And find it phenomenal that a hotel is able to attract such high quality staff. Nothing is too Much trouble and I mean nothing. I recently celebrated a significant birthday and the way they made me feel so special was wonderful Dusit Thani is a must visit hotel if coming to Phuket. Thank you everybody A shout out to Waraporn.
