Booked a 4 night stay in the private pool villa. The view was beautiful and the staff was friendly. We had an issue at our villa and they even upgraded us because they were fixing the problem! All the staff were super friendly and the manager Tina was very accommodating. One of the staff Fook went above and beyond to make our stay even better.

We booked for a pool villa for 2 nights. In the end, we had to leave in the middle after a disastrous NIGHTMARE of our honeymoon trip. Nothing was like what it was advertised or reviewed anymore. Such the things have already been gone. As of April 2023, THERE WAS NO MANAGEMENT TEAM LOOKING AFTER THIS VILLA OPERATIONS. We were told that GM and leadership positions were still unfilled. No manager on duty. There were only operational staffs working and they were clueless on their works. On the arrival, no staff attended us. We had to carry luggages down the stairs ourselves. We walked into the lobby. There was no service staff at Checkin counter, though we recognized some staffs stared at us with no further action. At the end, a guy walked to us to do a checkin and informed us that the villa was hosting Wedding events during two nights, so expected no food at the restaurants, no butler, no turning down services. In case we want to dine something, please order food delivery! We were brought to our villa which was still fine with nice ocean view but looking aged. From that moment, we realized that all the staffs were only focusing on the wedding event, and overlooked ALL OTHER GUESTs in the resort. As we tried to walk to the counter to get some helps with the ironing, we ended up waiting for 20 mins at the counter with no one reached to us, but they just standed at the wedding preparation staring at us. We ended up had to order a delivery dinner where no staff even offered us any other helps. Nightmare gradually came to us. We started to realize room defects. The in-room telephone was not working. And again, no staff at Checkin counter, all at Wedding event. We ended up had to use our cellphone to call direct to the hotel until there was one staff picking up a call for ironing and ice buckets. At 11pm, once we prepared to sleep, we realized that the air-con in the bedroom was not working anymore and the room got hot and hoter. We ended up calling to the hotel number phone. This time a staff accepted our call. His first response was "Yeah, the air-con is usually like that. Other guests had no issue!". We called again and he ended up to get into the room, saw aircon not working and offered us to move to the last vacant Family room villa (which was below our room). He brought us to inspect that room and in the end the bedroom of that Family room villa turned out similar (dry and hot). The only thing he could say was "he was sorry and he was just a night shift staff and couldnt do any other things". No technicians on duty, no manager on duty. We didn't want to move out luggage at midnight hence we decided to try sleep but at the end we had to brought ourselves to sleep at the Living room! The later day we reached to the same guy checking us in the day before. Breakfast was not even served to us. His first reaction was sorry and "he was just a normal staff not management". He in the end talked simiarly to the night shift guy, brought us to the the same Family room where the air-con was still similarly hot. He then admitted "It's all like this across rooms and there was no other villa left except this family room and the others which guests hadnt yet checked out". He mentioned that he talked to some teams of Impiana in Patong and they were okay to do the refund for the second night in case we decided not to stay, and of course we decided to checkout immediately. This stay really RUINed our Honeymoon. Sum it up, with this costly price: 1. No facility (gym, spa), no guest service, no professional butler - specifically if its the day where there are scheduled events, no food and no staff to support you. 2. Staffs were clueless. Reactive, only chosen to serve wedding guests, were unable to react to the cases professionally due to the lack of management/leadership 3. The property is detororating, depreciating and no clue for a fix. Thinking of staying here, wedding here? Think twice. AT LEAST FOR US, NO RETURN EVEN FOR FREE.

We booked this hotel for the last part of our month long honeymoon. Every hotel before this had requested a 100$ security deposit. We checked in around 7pm and the man working the desk requested $200 American dollars. We thought it was odd but gave him the money. Every other hotel gave us a receipt ( that we signed) with details of our security deposit and allowed us to take pictures for our records but this man did not give us a receipt or give us the chance to take a picture because he took it to the back so quickly. When we checked out, they said that we had only provided them with a $100 security deposit and showed us an envelope and picture with $100. These easily were forged to make it look like we gave them $100 upon check in when we definitly gave them $200. We were in a rush to the airport so unfortunately I had to rely on email to resolve the situation. They told me they would watch the camera recordings, but they didn't and then stopped answering my emails even after I followed up three different times!!! Giving them one star for this experience.

The view at this hotel is worth a million bucks. We were very lucky to have gotten an upgrade, as the room we booked had a leak. The upgraded room is super spacious, with an amazing pool and view of the ocean and beach. We were so fortunate to see the most beautiful sunsets every evening. Overall the staff have been very friendly and helpful, however we were not greeted upon arrival and leaving, and we had to carry our own suitcase (no one even offered to help) and walk down and up a lot of steps (in the humid weather). This have never happened in any hotel or resort we stayed in previously. Thus I believe the quality of service has room for improvements, yet with that being said I believe for the price they are charging it's worthy every penny. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a great view and spacious room.
