Kata Rocks

We stayed six nights on a Luxury Escapes package in Villa #501, One bedroom ocean pool with Loft. From the moment we were collected by private transfer from the airport in Phuket to our resort, we were treated with care and attention. The Villa was on the same level as the restaurant , bar and spa with amazing pool and ocean views to the sunset. Complimentary fruit basket, soft drinks, beer ,water and fresh flowers were replenished each day with turndown service each evening with sweet treats and the next days forecast. We appreciated the washing machine with laundry detergent and clothes horse. Touch pads for all the lighting, air conditioning and blinds took a little while to work out, but we got there. Breakfast was a la carte with good coffee and fruit juices, dinner , which we chose , had a decent selection of Thai and western food along with a delicious home made bread , olive oil and balsamic, as a starter. ( we felt the wine was expensive, so just popped into a bottle shop and picked up a great NZ wine for 1000 baht, which we drank in our room) Spa experience was first class and so relaxing. We used the Kata Rocks mobile on many occasions and the Kata Stars buggy team to take us up to the beach or main road. Superb service with the amazing, friendly staff. We had a fantastic stay at KR and wish to sincerely thank management for spoiling my husband on his birthday, with balloons, cake, towel art . Five star all the way 😊

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We went for a VIP day pass. Beautiful setting, with infinity pool looking out to sea. Staff were very friendly and we felt spoilt. Definitely recommend and will revisit. The food and cocktails were very good. Fabulous luxurious treat

I was expecting better to what I felt for the value of my stay which didn’t occur first night the air conditioning started dripping heavy water on the bed which damaged some of cloths and iPad the service was really slow in addition for cleaning I had to always call for that to happen and it would take ages to happen with very low quality of cleaning in the end if you ask would I recommend it to my friends and relatives I would say no there is better options

We personally dined at the restaurant last night without staying in the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. Although pricey, it was great! We arrived and were taken on a fun golf kart ride to the restaurant, which was super fun and interesting! We sat down and had waiters place napkins on our laps, offer complimentary bottled water, and were really happy with the exceptional service. They offered complimentary sourdough bread with a selection of olive oils and salts, all presented by the waiter extremely kindly. We ordered the chicken satay for starter and it was lovely. I ordered the Massaman Beef Cheek and the meat was extremely tender and tasty. A lovely dish. My wife ordered a vegetarian dish that was great too. For dessert, we ordered the Pumpkin Tart and we were so delighted with the taste! The food quality, service, atmosphere and overall experience was exceptional. Definitely a must try in Phuket. Just ensure you can spend a little bit more than usual :)

It was a wonderful stay at Kata Rocks in Thailand. I was really surprised. The customer service is amazing. They will take care of any of your requests as fast as they can. They could drive you on the property. The view is amazing. Breakfast is included at quite a nice spot. The hotel is super great. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious spread of local and international dishes while overlooking the stunning ocean. The infinity pool was a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. In the evenings, the ambiance transformed into a serene escape, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. Overall, the experience exceeded all my expectations, making it a memorable getaway.
