Hands down to the most beautiful hotel in the island most unique and amazing amazing friendly staff and service especially would like to think arif/ lift who was our personal assistant who took care of us like family will definitely come back

This was the best overall experience that my wife and I have had in 13 years together. The grounds are spectacular, food was delicious, and the amenities in our Bird’s Nest were incredible for the price point. But the service is what set Keemala apart. Everybody we encountered during our stay was so unbelievably kind and dedicated to making sure we had an amazing vacation. March, our villa host, checked in every day to see if we needed anything and even booked a private Muay Thai lesson for me at a nearby gym. The service team at breakfast even remembered that we’d taken a trip to James Bond Island the day before and asked us if we enjoyed the trip. This attention to detail is what separates Keemala from any other place that we’ve stayed.

We had very high expectations of this hotel, but all those were more than exceeded. If you are looking for something unique with first-class service then this is the right place. It started with the comfortable check-in with the most iconic view including a refreshing drink and a brownie wrapped in a banana leaf, because the environment is very important here. We continued to our villa which was carried out by the competent employee called Lift. OKAY wow, this style, the view, the private pool, the incredibly large king-size bed - simply speechless. Lift gave us his number so we could contact him at any time - really at any time, which was an incredibly great service. He coordinated everything for us. Mr. Lift does a great job! When we were out of the house, Housceeping carried out either the night or morning service for us. Really a great concept behind it. From a gastronomic point of view, we also highly recommend dining at the hotel. The hotel area is maintained around the clock. All in all, I will recommend this hotel to everyone. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

Staying at Keemala was a great way to end our honeymoon. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are super comfortable and the staff are extremely accommodating. We were impressed by how thorough the housekeeping service was everyday and we also particularly loved the daily breakfast - so many delicious options to choose from! The lunch and dinner options at the restaurant were also delicious. Big thank you to all the staff members at Keemala who were so friendly and welcoming, especially our villa host March who was always available and happy to assist with anything we needed!
