La Flora 5 Star Experience - Wonderful Staff

Friendly staff, very attentive and assisted with everything my travel group requested/needed. Especially Lateefah, she welcomed us and made us all feel at home. Lateefah took care of all our reservations from our hotel stay, to transportation, to dinner and off property activities. The hotel is conveniently located, beach and transportation less than a minutes walk. Restaurants and shopping malls all within 5-10 minutes away. Highly recommend staying at this property.

The LaFlora Resort is a great place to stay. 2 things jump right out of my mind when I think of LaFlora. First the staff are so welcoming and friendly, they greeted me with a smile and hello every morning while passing the lobby area. They also asked everyday if everything was fine and okay with my stay, and when you leave the lobby area there is a crossing guard right there to help you cross the street safely. Second is location , location ,location. LaFlora is located right on the coastline. Patong Beach is right outside your back door, and Bangla Road is only a few minutes from your front door! Restaurants and shops are also nearby

Always a pleasure to stay here. Great service, with a special thanks to Lanna for the smooth check in. Location is perfect for those looking to combine beach and nightlife, with many dining options also within walking distance. Small boutique hotel worth a visit.
