The Naka Phuket

The hotel experience is exceptional. Staff are friendly, service is great, transport is convenient The private beach adds to the relaxation experience, the swings at the beach, the shower facilities, the beach towels that are readily available makes you feel that you are at a resort to enjoy and taken care of.

As you know, Naka's advantages are its excellent location and beautiful landscaping. This was my second visit since February 24, and I was still satisfied with the private beach and the scenery. The breakfast was great and the service was good. The staff always greeted me with a smile, and the guests were quiet and friendly, which made me love Naka even more. There was one thing I regretted about my visit in February 25. I stayed in room 19/4, and during my stay, the villa right in front was undergoing maintenance work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The noise was tolerable, but since the construction was to paint the roof, the workers kept going up to the roof of the villa in front to paint, etc., and as a result, I could see the villa's private pool. They didn't look at me on purpose, but somehow our eyes met, and anyway, my husband and I were in swimsuits, so we couldn't enjoy the private pool comfortably and privately because we were constantly exposed to the workers. I think privacy in a pool villa is a very important issue. I hope that the managers will be more careful to avoid customers like me in the future.

Best service ever this was my second time coming back here & it feels like home . From the comfy villa to the delicious food all the way to water activities we really enjoyed it so much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for families,, couples,, friends & for solo travelers.

excellent service, cleanliness, amenities, location, food, privacy and overall atmosphere. Also the staff member Sonita, she works in morning shift who provided exceptional service. I definitely recommend future guests if they want to enjoy their special moments to stay in this hotel.

The hotel has a nice beach with possibility of snorkeling. There are a lot of rocks in low tide, so you have to wait for the high tide to swim. I would advise to wear appropriate shoes, while walking along the beach or swimming.The water is very clear, green allowing you to see the beautiful fish. We were upgraded for a villa with private swimming pool. The room was excellent not far from the beach, but most of the villas are on a steep hill, which makes the access to the beach difficult, unless you use the car of the hotel to transport you.It is mostly available when you ask for their service. The breakfast is very good and overall the food is good.The infinity swimming pool just in front of the beach is great! The personel is extremely kind.
