The Pavilions Phuket

This hotel is incredible, the rooms beautiful, the staff brilliant and the feeling of being welcome will mean we will 100% be coming back in the future! So I'd been in contact with the hotel a few months before our stay to arrange a proposal dinner for my partner and from the get go the staff at The Pavillions were professional, understanding and courteous. They were keen to go above and beyond for me from the start and helped me to prepare the most incredible private dinner with a private photographer for our special evening, both my partner and I were blown away. I'd like to say a special thank you to Malina, Siriwat, Amm and Jurairat for all of their help putting this together, you made our experience incredible and one which we'll never forget. Onto the stay itself, we booked a private villa with a private pool and we also opted for the all inclusive plus package which meant we could eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel (3 options) and could have unlimited drinks from a select menu (good options). Starting with the room, we couldn't fault a single thing, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and big, the bathroom had everything we could need and more. Some of the villas also have a private massage room which we used on one of the days for the most amazing 90 minute full body massage (which also came as part of our all inclusive plus package). The room was cleaned by the lovely housekeeping team daily and the turn down service was so thoughtful and nicely down with little touches which we loved. The dining and drinks were incredible! You have firefly (main restaurant), 360 (bar overlooking the sea with great drinks and sushi) and Alto (Italian) to pick from and not one disappointed us. We ate at each of these places at least once and left satisfied each time. The food was genuine high end restaurant quality, obviously some of the Thai dishes were incredible but the western food wouldn't have been out of place in Europe, absolutely brilliant from start to finish and my partner and myself are foodies so have high standards. Also, as part of our package we had a private dinner cooked for us by a private chef in our villa garden, Sai cooked this for us, the same chef we had for our proposal evening and we were again blown away by the incredible meals she made for us, thank you so much! Again, these private meals are such a showcase for the hotel and they execute them amazingly well! The drinks were a really solid selection for the all inclusive package we were on with a variety of wines, beers, cocktails and spirits, again really good value as part of the all inclusive package so would recommend spending a bit extra on that if you're thinking about it. This holiday is one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed. From the minute your arrive to the moment you leave the staff are incredible, super helpful and kind, and really try to make your stay memorable. We stayed in the spa and pool pavilion on an all inclusive premium basis and it’s well worth the money. We will definitely be returning! Spa and pool pavilion villa: The villa is absolutely gorgeous and it’s huge! Pool is a fantastic size and outside you have a huge daybed which is nice to relax in the shade, 2 sun loungers and an outside seating area. Inside the living and sleeping area is huge. Bed is super comfy and housekeeping did an amazing job at keeping our villa clean and restocked daily. On our all inclusive premium package all of our food and drink was included and the food…. WOW! We didn’t have one bad meal here. Firefly: Gorgeous restaurant next to the main pool. The food here is incredible and we came across some wonderful servers. We are from both the buffet and Al a carte menu and there is so much to choose from. The seafood here is some of the best seafood I have ever tasted! Unfortunately I didn’t get everyone’s name however B boy and Army were fantastic. Alto: The most gorgeous Italian restaurant which really feels like high end dining. The view and setting of the restaurant is incredible. We had live singers who were amazing. 360 bar: This place was my favourite. From the gorgeous sunset views, the staff, and the food, I cannot fault this place at all. Jeab and another girl with longer hair (sorry we didn’t get your name), thank you so much for your kind and amazing service. The sushi here was incredible, especially the spicy tuna rolls and wagyu beef sliders!! The Spa: Because our villa had a spa we opted for a couples massage in our villa. The massage was amazing. This was included in our package, however if you wanted to treat yourself I would definitely recommend! When you need to book a restaurant/table for drinks/spa/golf buggy to take you around the resort all you need to do is send a message via the app (you will set this up during check in) and it will all be done for you. We loved everything about The Pavilions. The service from you check in to check out is outstanding 😁 All the staff is so friendly and welcoming all requests. We loved our pool villa with the largest private pool we have ever had. We loved the Alto restaurant for breakfast, Nui was our waiter everyday and always greeted us with the biggest smile. We enjoyed the free afternoon cocktails at Alto too and the 360 bar for sunset was also amazing.

From the moment the gates open and you drive up through a most beautiful bamboo enclosed driveway to the open air, elevated lobby with the most gorgeous fabrics and view, this hotel does not disappoint at all, and deserves all the amazing reviews. Sumptuous and beautifully designed hotel. The staff are amazing. The swimming pool is one of the nicest we have seen in Thailand. Big shout out to TEW and POOM at the Firefly Restaurant and Bar who make THE MOST amazing authentic cocktails that taste as they should and are not just full of sugar syrup. They take much care to ensure that the cocktail IS perfect. Recommend the Mai Tai to start!

From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality set the tone for a truly luxurious stay. The culinary offerings were a highlight! The food at the 360 restaurant and the poolside venue was of the highest quality, each dish crafted with care and precision. While the breakfast selection could be more varied compared to the lavish spreads in Bali (where I’ve been traveling annually for seven years), the taste and freshness here more than made up for it. The spa services were incredible—I treated myself to massages every two days, and they were simply the best I’ve had. They exceeded my expectations and even surpassed the spa experiences in Bali. Kudos to the team! The yoga sessions were another standout feature. The yoga teacher was not only professional but also brought an energizing and deliciously calming vibe to the sessions. A special shoutout to Antony at the front desk—his English is impeccable, and he’s an outstanding communicator who ensured every detail of my stay was perfect. Some of the Bungy drivers also added to the charm of the experience with their smiles and welcoming attitude. The accommodation itself was beautiful and well-maintained, though there was a minor misunderstanding regarding the room type. I initially believed I’d have a private pool based on the presentation photos. Nonetheless, this didn’t detract from the overall excellence of the trip. This resort has truly raised the bar, and I’m leaving with fond memories and immense gratitude. Thank you for an unforgettable stay—well-deserved five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
