Great airport transition hotel stop
The staff are phenomenal. The room provided was spacious and the daily service was outstanding. The location of the room to the pool was convenient and although we had a private gazebo it was among the trees and we did not utilize it. The ocean at low tide which was most of the time was over 100 yards from the hotel beach. The water was brackish near the shore but was clear blue out into the ocean. The food was average in all three restaurants with the wings being the best meal we had which was in the bar. Great hotel close to the airport where you might stay while transiting the airport to your final location.

Wonderful hotel
Beautiful hotel /resort. What you’d expect from an elevated tropical hotel. Staff are kind, welcoming and helpful. Food is westernized. Very basic Thai food, nothing too exciting. Loved the drinks and desserts. All in all, really enjoyed our stay.

Great facility and service, horrendous beach
Amazing facility and amazing service. The only thing lacking is the beach. Not a good place if you want to taste the sea. Walking distance to the Naiyang beach, but throught some cannal that looks like sewer going into the sea. Horrendous. Otherwise perfect. Breakfast is great. Poppy is amazing and veru atentative.

Friendly and welcoming service
I wish to thank Mr Adi at the front desk. He provided us cans of drinking water and helped us when there was a small disagreement with the grab driver. Thank you, Mr Adi! Also there is a very friendly waiter at the Mama Kitchen who has many magic tricks to entertain. We had lots of fun and good memories meeting these nice people.

Lovely Hotel
Beautiful Hotel with the great service of the staff very friendly The bar staff Mr. Billy was very kindly person and K.Tee at the reception very helpful and friendly thank for the hotel interview and information hope we will come back again 🥰🥰
