This is a very beautiful property where you can find peace and relaxation. It is ideal for families with children because there are many activities aimed at children. The employees are very friendly and very helpful, trying to satisfy all the wishes of the guests. Many thanks to Kris, the recreation team, Woody, Rock and May and the beach waiter, Gof, who made sure we didn't miss anything. Congratulations to the the frendly staff and we hope to see you again!

Not five star and incredibly overpriced for what you get… Having stayed at Luxury Collection properties before and when paying 6 Star prices, you expect a level of service. The service is painful honestly. You have to ask to order, you have to ask for clearly, ask for cups, ask for ice. A kids fruit platter can take an hour. They are very friendly but they don’t know how to provide a minimum standard of service. English is also a challenge for many and ordering can take 3-4 goes to get right. You are captive with only three restaurants so the food is quickly repetitive and very overpriced. Thankfully up the road is a local restaurant with lovely Thai food just a short walk (cash only). The pool is nice, however it’s a fight for an unreserved sun lounger and most are empty for hours with books placed on top. The kids club is fun, although an added cost. You would assume it is included for the price of more than $1500/night. The breakfast buffet is good and so is the housekeeping. Wouldn’t hurry to return even though we wanted to love it!

My first post in this group, and I start with a huge recommendation! This property is simply amazing. 1. The calm and tranquility of the resort. The view from the villa over the andaman sea is amazing, seeing sea eagles fly by, a monkey looking for food at low tide its an amazing place to relax. 2. Status recognition: the team went above and beyond. Upgrade with suite nights from a simple room to a sea view villa with private pool. Welcome bottle of Prosecco and regular nice snacks. For some “magical” reason, we had always a “reserved table” at one of the restaurants. 3. Kids: the kids club is great. Many activities from a visit to the local village, to Thai boxing, making a t shirt and cooking class! 4. Very good food options at the three restaurants. The My Grill is obviously the best, with an amazing team that knows how to make every day special. Our last night, one of the waitresses printed out unicorn masks for the whole team and colored them. When we arrived, there were three masks waiting for our daughter to color herself. The rest of the night, the team was wearing the unicorn masks. That was really nice! Bottom line: a 3 star (worth a visit)

The place is an absolute dream and its not because of the fancy rooms with incredible views and a private pool, luxurious bed, delicious meals, amazing drinks, incredible sauna and unique back-story (all of which by the way you’ll get and expect at any 5 star resort) but the people, the people! It’s a magic you’ll not find and have replicated anywhere else. The genuine delight to serve, the utmost friendliness, the care for your well-being is something I have never experienced before and will return because of it. Yes, I have stayed at nicer places like the four seasons Bali but would take this over anywhere else in a heartbeat for the overall experience. A hidden gem I’m glad is no longer hidden for us.

This was a peaceful and relaxing break with excellent amenities; we were in a Garden Villa in the centre of the resort in a quiet location and very private. The ability to go offsite/off the island and do other things was easy to arrange - enjoyed a nice day trip to Phuket Old Town there and back by taxi, no issues. The choice of F&B on the resort is diverse and enough and of a very good standard, breakfast also exceptional.
