The Surin Phuket

I come to The Surin Phuket regularly and will come back again - I have already booked my next vacation there again. It's just a dream that comes true every time...Why? There is this beautiful, quasi-private beach, which has nothing in common with the usual hustle and bustle on Phuket. If you still want to breathe in some local color - take a few steps out of the resort and you will find numerous local options for eating, drinking, shopping or massages. The hotel complex is beautifully embedded in this palm forest. Getting to and from the bungalows is like walking in a botanical garden, which is full of beautiful flowers and butterflies. The gardens are well maintained and there are hardly any leaves around. Then there is this wonderful staff who make you feel like you are a member of a big family...you feel that the hotel management wants to offer the best for the guest. The bungalows are functionally furnished and super clean. I love the bed quality - I felt like a four poster bed on a cloud...And yes - the pillows are the fluffiest ever! The rooms smell so pleasantly refreshing and beautiful! For people with limited freedom of movement, I advise you to find out about the options first. It has lots of stairs, no elevators. For me, as a fit person, it's always a good opportunity to work on my fitness and my weight...I really appreciate how the staff tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible - of course that doesn't always work the first contact, but this is absolutely human. In my interactions with other guests, I only hear good things about this little paradise - everyone is excited about the special aura that surrounds The Surin Phuket!

In Sanskrit, Surin means "one who brings good fortune". It was definitely a fortune and a big pleasure to be hosted in this really superior hotel. The villas are like stilt houses, immersed in a tropical garden which also recalls Mesopotamian architecture. The rooms and services are large, very clean, extremely well looked after and serviced. Privacy is guaranteed. Moving between the maze of stairways and passages that connects the villas to the beach and to the lobby and restaurant area is not very tiring and anyway there are comfortable golf cars on call. The swimming pool, black and hexagonal, is a masterpiece of style, like all the hotel's buildings. The beach is the real added value of Surin Phuket: large, very clean and practically private, surrounded by lush palm trees. The short stretch of granite cliff to the north allows for good snorkelling. The staff is very friendly, courteous. Absolutely the best hotel I have stayed in in my life. Compliments!

I had a very healing experience at the Surin Phuket. I was attending my friends wedding and stayed for two nights. Not only was the food perfect and totally customisable to my dietary requirements, and the private beach pristine, I was so touched by the service from the kind staff. The staff delivered an impeccable service with perfect food and drinks during my friend’s wedding and even swayed along to the final dance song (though this was at midnight and they were working so hard all day). I was so touched at their care and kindness and can’t wait to be back!

An amazing stay in paradise! Hotel is set on a gorgeous beach with fine sand. Lovely staff, beautiful setting and amenities overall ! The dinner at the beach restaurant was amazing, with the sound of crashing waves. We loved our stay and will be back. Everything was just perfect !

When I think of a holiday in my home country, Thailand, The Surin Phuket is the first place that comes to mind. We've stayed here several times, and every visit feels like a dream. Our most recent stay, in October, was for our honeymoon, and it exceeded all expectations. We booked a Beach Deluxe Suite, and waking up to the sunrise and winding down with the sunset right outside our room was absolutely magical. It’s a true five-star experience—not just for the stunning location but for the impeccable service. From the moment I made the reservation, the team was professional and attentive. I’d like to extend a special thanks to Khun Sao for her kind assistance, and to Khun Kead, who welcomed us so warmly and guided us through the suite’s features to ensure we made the most of our stay. The staff truly make this place extraordinary. Shoutout to Khun Benz, Khun Bee, Khun Nat, Khun Kead, Khun Jane, Khun Mai& Khun Jane at the Beach Bar (I wish I could remember all your names!).
