The Surin Phuket

When I think of a holiday in my home country, Thailand, The Surin Phuket is the first place that comes to mind. We've stayed here several times, and every visit feels like a dream. Our most recent stay, in October, was for our honeymoon, and it exceeded all expectations. We booked a Beach Deluxe Suite, and waking up to the sunrise and winding down with the sunset right outside our room was absolutely magical. It’s a true five-star experience—not just for the stunning location but for the impeccable service. From the moment I made the reservation, the team was professional and attentive. I’d like to extend a special thanks to Khun Sao for her kind assistance, and to Khun Kead, who welcomed us so warmly and guided us through the suite’s features to ensure we made the most of our stay. The staff truly make this place extraordinary. Shoutout to Khun Benz, Khun Bee, Khun Nat, Khun Kead, Khun Jane, Khun Mai& Khun Jane at the Beach Bar (I wish I could remember all your names!). Your smiles, attentiveness, and dedication made our honeymoon unforgettable. We can’t wait to return in May. Thank you for making our stay so special—see you soon! 💕

The hotel's unique location with private beach is worth recommending on its own. But the really excellent service from the staff deserves special mention. 14 days of great vacation. Would come back anytime. Our dinner on the beach, wonderfully arranged with the help of Mr Pape, was an unforgettable experience, not least because of the wonderful service from Daisy. It would be unfair to only mention Daisy. We also have wonderful memories of Pooh, Kitty, Aek and Guitar. Very attentive, very friendly, very competent... and we had a lot of fun and laughed a lot.

Amazing resort with its own private beach. This is a must if you are looking for a bech holiday. We stayed in the beach suite, which has direct access to the beach. A few steps, and you are in the water. The resort has two restaurants, which we tried, and they were perfect. I must end by saying that what stood out, aside from the beautiful beach, excellent dining, and amazing location away from the hustle, is the service. Staff are well trained and very attentive

Wonderful! The accommodation is simply exquisite, we had a deluxe bungalow nestled in the hills and surrounded by lush greenery, it almost feels like you are set within the jungle with views of the turquoise ocean. It was spacious and well equipped with everything you need for your stay, including his and hers sun hats! Andrew the GM is hands on, he took his time to speak to guests daily to ensure an optimal experience. The Surin touched all the senses. The Sights and sounds of the surroundings , the smell of the delicious food just simply added to the overall experience. The beach is stunning with a private feel even though it is shared with one other hotel. The only thing to point out is the steps, there are a lot of them, there is no lift, so if you have a dodgy knee maybe this one is not for you! An excellent hotel and 8 memorable days, it is one to return to one day, thanks to the team it was simply awesome.

The best resort in Surin Beach with private beach access. I herd there is only two places in Phuket enjoy private access to the beach and The Surin Phuket is one of them. Highly trained staff and you wont see tree leves or rubbish when you walk inside the resort area... Very hard working team to maintain such a nice and clean place for gust to enjoy the nature. Defintely worth the money.
