0 I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay room, I was shocked to discover that the bed was broken. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of your standard and has significantly impacted my experience. I expect a high level of quality and comfort when staying at a reputable establishment, but instead, I faced an inconvenience that disrupted my rest. This is not only a matter of discomfort but also a serious safety concern. I find it unacceptable that such an issue was not addressed before my arrival.

Iam stay here so very nice hotel. Iam very happy for my holiday with family. Swimming pool so wow! amazing. food very good for eat. Staff here very friendly especially in the front desk Mr.PHU so very helpful and kindly. Next holiday see you again Thavorn beach village and spa.

Returned again after 20 years , still the same , lovely pool and complex unfortunately furniture in rooms now showing their age as you would expect . We had a kinda rollercoaster here . Still waiting for our welcome drink . Day 2 breakfast was absolutely horrendous , cold poached eggs that were meant to be freshly made , cold tea that was meant to be fresh and other things that I can’t even remember now . Had to complain , did this at reception . The restaurant manager and chef did track us down at pool and apologised , there was an offer of coming to restaurant in evening but not a freebie I don’t think . If you didn’t want your room cleaned you could hang a card and they would just leave some drinking water and toiletries . Never turned up at all , so much for that . Second day 17:00 before getting some water . On the other side we did eat at the Crocodile bar on the night of the egg incident and can only say the food was really good and the service from the 1 guy and 2 women especially Jan who talked away to us was superb . There was no offer of any compensation for “the worst breakfast ever” and even charged us £2 for a chocolate bar we accidentally lifted with our stuff when leaving . So , although a great hotel with some great staff we had to take a star off , just too many inefficiencies and no recompense . Our pick up for check out never turned up either and bearing in mind we were at top of hill , had to move all our stuff on to cable car .

We stayed in Thavorn Beach Resort and Spa between 12th and 18th January 2025. Overall, the stay was excellent. We had a great time. Here are what was great and what was not so great What worked: 1. Location. The resort location is excellent. It has its own private beach. The resort is quite close to both Kamala Beach and Patong Beach. 2. Room. We had a poolside access room. It provided direct access to the lagoon pool from the room. The room was clean and comfortable. 3. Hotel Grounds and Activities The hotel grounds are tastefully maintained. Activities were well managed. 4. Staff The staff were courteous and efficient. Tour booking for our trip to Phi-Phi island and James Bond Island were handled very effortlessly and the tours went off without glitch. What can be improved: 1. Food and Breakfast While the food and breakfast on offer was good, it can have more vegetarian options. The coffee machines provided at the breakfast gave coffee that was luke-warm and there was no way to get hot coffee. 2. AC in my room was noisy and not very effective. On the whole, I would recommend this resort. The stay was comfortable and I found it good value for money.

Beautiful hotel, large and spacious rooms, containing everything you need, excellent service from all hotel employees, a perfect experience.A perfect place for a vacation as a couple, with friends or with family.I recommended it to my friends.
