Relaxing resort with beautiful gardens
From first arriving in the resort the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Atom. Beautiful gardens to walk around in between all the pools. Nice choice of pools and pool bars, enjoyed a few nice cocktails at sunset, thanks to Aline. It’s nice to have the choice of the pools and the beach right across the road. It was a very relaxing week, just what I needed. Look forward to going back.

A perfect way to experience Phuket with kids
Location is very quiet and pleasant and yet central and easy to get to. Breakfast and restaurants are great and the prices are very good. Moo and Jane in the front desk helped me with everything I needed. The petting zoo is lovely and everything is clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back

Excellent Service
The hotel is in excellent location very close to the beach. Thank you to the crossing guard that made the crossing a busy highway a safe one. The rooms were clean except for a couple of days where some of the areas were overlooked and not cleaned. The rooms were not cleaned until after 4 PM. I seem to have itchy bites around my back every night I don't know it it is mosquitos or something else.but I have over a hundred of them. The breakfast restaurant was amazing. The food quality and variety was over the top. Big thank you the Eddie. He is very helpful and takes care of all the visitors with the highest of quality and shows excellent customer service to the last minute of our stay even after we checked out. June and Eric was also very helpful.

Disappointed
reception and pizza bar/grill unfriendly and unprofessional, but no one seemed to care when I raised issues ,really let the rest of the other amazing hotel staff and beautiful hotel grounds, down. Would not return, much better 5 star hotels in Thailand.

Amazing service and friendly staff.
The hotel is in 5 minutes walk from the beach. One of the best locations in Karon. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. Minor cosmetic repairs would be great. The pools and garden are amazing! The staff is extremely professional and super friendly. Special thanks to Eddie who was very accommodating and kind to provide us access to the VIP lounge while we were waiting for our airport transfer after the check-out. Overall we would highly recommend Thavorn Resort and definitely will come back.
