Twinpalms Phuket

The resort was absolutely beautiful. Our group booked a duplex villa which was very spacious and clean. The beach is walkable distance. There are also restaurants and massages that are walking distance as well. Our personal assistant leader, Pisit and team members were very friendly and were very prompt with answering our questions and requests. I would definitely book with Palm Springs again.

Very nice hotel. The loft apartments was super nice. Top service by our concierge made the stay perfect. The hotel have also very nice restaurants and beach clubs at Bangtao beach with complimentary shuttle service back and forth. The private cruise with hotel yacht was also a very nice experience

We have just returned from 7 days in Twin Palms ... 13 of us in 7 rooms celebating a special year of birthdays for the "girls". I had been delegated the role of finding the accomodation and choosing Twin Palms won me so many accolades with both the resort and the outstanding team at Twin Palms making it such an enjoyable holiday. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful resort, not too big, not too small. The staff are so welcoming and super accommodating. The shuttle service to their affiliated beach clubs and restaurants was so handy! We also utilised the yacht service that they offer, which is a must! Will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful time here. The penthouse loft is an exceptionally beautiful room. We were particularly impressed by the concept of the private pool on the roof and it made for a relaxing time. Ms. Bank fulfilled our every wish and was available to us at all times. Thank you Bank for everything, you made it even more special.
