Perfect dinner at Itz'ana bar
Enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Itzana bar with my new bartender friend, Osmy. He recommended the scratch made cheesecake along with a flaming coffee bean sambuca to pair with it for dessert. Perfection. Thank you so much. Can't wait to return.

Placencia Play Time!
Great times even with a tropical storm. Staff was friendly and the amenities were clean and fun! The troops were spacious and the sunrise over the ocean was breathtaking. The pool is huge and the paddle boarding was fun! All that with great food options at every meal.

For the Bougie not Ratchet! A Get Away from Home
I spent 6 days and 5 nights at the Resort and it was as if I was the only person on the resort because we choose to come during rainy season. Even then the operation and staff were so kind and welcoming. We loved Leo, Osmy, Karen, Phillips, Delvin, Bryant, and Kimberly! We appreciate the hospitality and kindness.

Spectacular Property
What an experience!!! My wife, daughter and I attended a wedding and we were beyond impressed when we got there. Front desk and bellman were very polite and welcoming. The staff were all very very nice. A special mention to waitstaff Carlos and Yansy...excellent service. I loved the grounds of the property with easy access to the pool and the beach. For a property that is almost 3 hours away from the airport it was worth going and we will be back!! The management team were all over the place. Diego the GM, Ivan and Jaime are to be commended for their attention to detail. Congratulations and keep up the great work you are doing. Felt like royalty
My friend and I had an excellent stay at Itz"ana. We were treated very well and got to know some of the staff very well, as they made sure our stay was memorable. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed. Loved to Paddle board early in the morning while the waters were glassy, then float in the pool during the afternoons. Topped our days off with delicious food and drinks. So fun!
