Great place
Excellent place definitely recommend. Unbelievable service. Great view . The food and drinks are delicious. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. An oasis of exotic beauty and comfort.
My family and I had an incredible stay at the Banyan Tree. It was a unique experience with an almost unreal ambiance and environment . The personal service especially provided by our private concierge team (Deidre and Paulina) was absolutely superb. Whether day or night, any issue big or small was readily addressed and they made you feel both valued and at home. Looking forward to our next trip there.

Honeymoon Perfection
Banyan Tree was perfect for our honeymoon. Highlight is the excellent service! Everyone is so friendly and genuine. Gaby and Seidee provided the best concierge service. I had a lot of requests and questions and they always answered or took care of things. There is so much to see and do. Give yourself a full week to get to everything without feeling rushed.

Banyan Mayakoba is the perfect winter getaway!
For our first stay in Mexico, Banyan Tree Mayakoba couldn’t have been a more delightful experience. Our villa was immaculate upon arrival. The food was outstanding. Special thanks to Gilmer our waiter at Cello for taking such good care of me and my friends. All the staff were super friendly (Ivon Cedillo & Leila THANK YOU). Last but certainly not least, Remco was the man that made it all happen. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with your stay at Banyan Mayakoba.

Wonderful experience with our own private pool. Eduardo a manager was a big help. Regina our concierge is fantastic and Jasmine greeted us every morning with a smile at breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed cellos, sands, and our morning breakfast.
