Great Hotel - Awesome Breakfast Buffet!
The buffet breakfast here is the best. It was actually the best food we had in our entire vacation. We went almost every morning. But even better than the food was the service. Everyone was attentive and very accommodating but a special shout out to our server, cook and the manager, Skarleth, Rosa and Zaira, they went out of their way to make our experience wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely don't miss the breakfast buffet!

The Best Birthday
We decided to visit this wonderful hotel due to my best friend BD, it was amazing, we had a great time at the restaurant thanks to Lulu, wonderful views anywere , all the staff at front desk was amazing, the food incredible, they surprised us with a beautiful Birthday cake, thank you all for such a great time, we are coming back for sure.

Wonderful stay - would like to stay again - maybe all inclusive next time
The positive: Room was amazing, view was amazing, and 5th street (Ave?) is just around the corner what is not to love? Was greeted by Jesé about every day and had a great conversation with Guillermo(?) at the bell hop station. They are so knowledgeable and interesting to talk to and had genuine honest conversations - it was great. Area of opportunity: Food - thought weird that something couldn’t be excluded (refried beans on nachos). Breakfast epically expensive for mostly egg station. Did not have opportunity for steak restaurant, but the other - not very flavorful. Though fries were good. We tipped like crazy and throughout (didn’t have all inclusive) and was surprised to see upon checkout courtesy charge - gal was fine with it - but it bothers me - probably more than it should.

Great food. Great ambiance. Great experience. We really enjoyed everything about the place and drinks were also super. We also asked special instructions on our orders and they made that extremely easy for us. We would recommend anyone to come and try out this awesome experience.
