Impression Moxche by Secrets

This was our second stay at Secrets Impression and we loved it again. The place is clean, has many pools, and the food/drinks are amazing. Only disappointment was the dinners at Seaside, the place was understaffed and food came out raw both times we went to it. Other than that, it was an amazing trip once again here. Special thanks to the following employees: Orlando at Cielo (awesome and the best!), Alejandra at Seaside and Cielo, and Benjamin and Eduardo at Seaside.

My husband and I went to Impression Moxche on our honeymoon. We were expecting to have a wonderful time but the resort and the employees exceeded all of our expectations by a long shot! Javier and Alexis were the absolute best butlers! They catered to our every need and even had a surprise set up in our room for us one evening. They also went above and beyond when my husband forgot a pair of pants to wear to the upscale restaurant! We had so much fun with them the entire week and felt that there was no question or issue they could not solve. We loved the Seasoul restaurant that we went to almost daily and the Japanese restaurant Suki (Our favorite waiter Sim!). We finally made it to the speakeasy (Gypsy Club) on the last night for some dancing. Favorite daytime activity at the resort was definitely hanging out at the swim up bar at Sugar Reef and playing Bingo. We also loved Moni who was so friendly and fun all the time! I could go on and on but you get the point! We HIGHLY recommend Secrets Moxche!

This is our second time visiting impression moxche. We loved this place so much the first time that visiting again seemed like a great idea. Per usual everyone we met was amazing. Our butler Montserrat who was very active during our stay, booked our spa, and kept us updated about everything going on in the resorts. At seaside, Pamela, Alenjandra, Eduardo, and Benjamin were super nice and attentive to everything and work really hard to maintain the place. At Cielo, Orlando is the most amazing server we have had both this time and last time. He is fast, efficient, and super friendly all the time. One thing to note is how understaffed seaside is for dinner. Last time in August, seemed like less people were at impression and Seaside was able to manage. There were more guests this time and we noticed how Seaside lack of servers and cooks ways reflected. I remember I was served raw steak and it seemed like they didn’t have enough people to cook. The place have so much potential so it would be amazing to have more people work there so guests wouldn’t end up leaving without even ordering.

Ari and Sergio from the entertainment team were so amazing and helpful. They organized so many fun events for my wife and I. There was piñatas, chocolate tasting and so many fun Christmas events. Candle making was also a very fun experience led by Ari. They were always available but not overbearing. Thank you.

Ari and Sergio from the entertainment team made our experience even better. We can't wait to come back! Ari was especially always so sweet and welcoming. Every day was more fun with the activities they had planned! I'm usually an introvert and Ari always made me feel included and like I could join the fun. Thank you so much for a beautiful vacation
